Bought a fridge freezer as much cheaper than elsewhere. Usually use AOL but they now want you to pay an annual fee for a discounted price. Delivery was really quick. Chaps that delivered were polite and friendly and took all the rubbish away. Company very responsive and helpful regarding any queries. Very happy with level of service and will definitely be using again.

cant stress how helpful and polite the staff are there, personal service give good advice on the products, cheaper than the big stores, and arrange free delivery and gas registered fitters, no pushy sales , will never go to the big overpriced superstores again thanks so much

Popped in store by chance at 1430 today. Greeted by staff, no pushy selling. Polite and friendly. I decided to purchase a tumble dryer. Great customer service, great price including delivery. Tumble dryer delivered 6 hours later. Again friendly and professional gents, respected my home. Unpacked new machine, put it in place, took packaging and old appliance with them. Couldn’t have asked for me. Thank you WME, I will be back. Amanda

Washer died Friday morning 😩 Popped into store Saturday lunchtime and new washer chosen,installed and old one took away by 4 o’clock !! Fantastic service , no pressure sale , fantastic price and the delivery team were excellent . Polite, knowledgable and took our old one away . 10/10
