Definitely 5 stars....Just bought a washing machine and was unsure about what size I needed in my new house. So Alice arranged for someone to come the next day to measure up and check plumbing etc. They then fed back to Alice who recommended ones that would fit. I ordered that day and they fitted it within a couple of days. The fitter was lovely and gave me a brief demo which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend great customer service and I was able to buy local and will definitely use again.
