After numerous calls to different numbers in my area for folks coming up as electricians I called, and actually got a prompt call-back, from Wil-Lec. I made several calls and either got no call back or was left feeling in the dark about arranging for a sparky to come and remove my EV charger from the old house. They were available with not too much lead time, came over exactly when arranged and did the job to a super high standard in good time. I was genuinely very impressed and satisfied with the service and end job. The no nonsense straightforward price quoted was what I was charged and there were no surprises. I high highly recommend Wil-Lec for any electrics jobs.

Installation of Solar Panels and a Battery backup. From the first contact to completion, I have been really impressed with all the staff. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Wil-lec for their excellent service yesterday, with a special thank you to the lady on reception (sorry I didn't get your name) I called with a overflowing tank at my parents house where my dad was having to climb into the attic daily to drain it. Originally we were given an appointment for Tuesday but then the lady called me and advised she was sending engineers today as it wasn't good for my dad to be doing that every day. 2 engineers turned up (again didnt get their names 🤦‍♀️), sourced the problem straight away and repaired it on the spot. We had to have various bits of electrical work completed both inside and outside of our house. Tom from TWB was on time for the original appointment and the quote came back the day he said it would - great start. On the day itself, the guys turned up at the exact time they said they would be on site. Impressive timing. The work was completed to the very highest of standards, the guys were very polite throughout, and everything cleaned up afterwards. As a customer, the experience was certainly five star. I would recommend TWB to anyone looking for electrical work completed to very high standards, by a team who also operate to very high standards. We've used TWB twice recently and I would highly recommend them. They have a quick and efficient quote process, and the work required was done soon after, and to a very high standard. Top, top service! They came around and put electrics all the way to my garden bar and installed multiple plug sockets and lights! They also found the time to make all of my house lights turn on with a timer rather than the motion settings making the house look much better! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic work, standards and professionalism by Ollie and his team. Walked me through the step by step plans throughout the work, always arrived at the times agreed and always happy to answer any questions about the work required. Very clean and tidy installation, top quality supplies used and tided up after the work was complete. AES came to my house to fit a ceramic hob, after looking into the back of the cooker and hob spotted problems with the wiring , The guys quickly rectified the problem and fitted the new hob. It was also cheaper than what the company I bought the hob from was going to charge. Excellent services can’t recomend enough Thanks guys.
