I sent a website enquiry over the weekend and got a response first thing Monday and Paul was round on the Wednesday to help us with our light switch and wiring issue. Really impressed and happy with the service and would 100% recommend.

Paul was recommended to us by our neighbour and what a great recommendation he was. He did a fantastic job rewiring our house under an urgent timescale. His professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work were absolutely first class. More than that, he and his team were a really friendly bunch. Would definitely use these guys again for any electrical work, no hesitation.

Herts Electrical did a fantastic job of changing all the lights in our commercial property. Turned up on time to quote and provided samples. I first used Kevin back in 2017 when I moved into my house. He helped with some general lighting and relocating sockets. I had him back in 2019 to instal down lights in the kitchen. He rescued me by replacing my antique fuseboard and restoring power in the middle of Covid. Pictures below, I was without power for less than 12 hours. I’ve had him back numerous times since for odd jobs, my favourite being hanging my TV on the wall with not a wire in sight! Enquired about having a pod point fitted, came and quoted and explained about surge protectors and the ct clamp and what they do. Came the following week and fitted and tested, clean tidy job.. couldn't ask for anymore. Cheers mate, definitely use again

It’s highly likely I might have left a review for this team before because they remain as excellent as when I first began using them. Gareth is exceptionally quick to respond to enquiries , his prices haven’t rocketed like other business's in the current climate too I’ve noticed. I’ve needed electrics done on a couple of small things over the last month and within a couple of days they have been done - to clarify , none of the jobs were urgent which I made clear but Gareth just seems to get his team on stuff fairly quickly. The work remains clean and tidy like I had experienced in the past, the chaps polite and respectful and my bank balance not majorly affected. One of Joe's elections came to do an electrical safety check on our house, very thorough and tidied up after he had finished, and he was very polite, very good job, got to come back to carry out some remedial works, hopefully same chap!!

Ben Coulter Electrical were fantastic, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Our electrician was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for us.

When we had just moved into our house in Hitchin, I found Ben Coulter's details online. Ben and his team were really great with the work they did on rewiring a part of the house, installing a new consumer unit and ensuring all electricals were safe. They also provided the EICR. Mac was very meticulous and nothing was too much for him. He took his time to explain every detail of work required as he went along. He cleaned up nicely after each day's work. Being a clean freak, I was impressed. All was done at a competitive price.

Ben was very quick to respond to my voicemail and was upfront on costs. He committed to sending a sparky the next day to sort my electrical problem. Jack came promptly at 9am, was lovely and polite and tidy. Sorted out the new plug and socket with no issues. Great communication from Ben. Would recommend and use again.

I called Nick out when I lost all power earlier this evening. He was kind and reassuring on the phone and arrived quickly. He was professional and courteous and happily engaged with my inquisitive kids. He worked quickly to get my power back. Nick deserves more than 5 stars. He is very kind, punctual, considerate, and competent. I am an old customer and have needed another repair so I contacted him again. I greatly recommend his service to anybody needing all sorts of electrical-related problems. Last but the most important thing, he charges a reasonable amount of fee, much lower than others.
