Graham is the kindest, gentle dentist I have been to. He is professional, in his approach to your dental health and gives you an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. His care is second to none. My husband is also one of Graham's patients. Excellent example of dentistry.

Without a doubt the best Dentist in the West Midlands. Always takes great care of my mother and the staff are so friendly and helpful. If you have any Dental problems or work that needs doing, this the the place to go. 5 Stars all the way.

I have been with Brandhall Dental Care for years. I have always found them very ACCOMMODATING, CARING & HELPFUL. This includes not just the Dentists, but ALSO, very Importantly, the Receptionists. There is always a warm welcome, and they make you feel comfortable. At times, when requested, they have always adjusted and offered me Appointments, even when they are busy. So grateful I was recommended to The Dentist. I have my smile back They listened to me and guided me on all options and was not pushy, if anything they scaled my thinking back to towards achieving realistic results. I found we built trust in a very small window which is mainly down to their adherence on delivering patient care. Treatments I have had is teeth whitening and two front crowns- since having the treatment my confidence has blossomed and my smile is back on point. I struggle with anxiety and become extremely panicked when in confined zones. The reassurance and care offered/delivered was extremely helpful and I felt safe in the care of The Dentist Thank you

They were incredibly attentive, providing me with top-notch care, and my issue was completely resolved that same day. The professionalism and expertise of the staff were evident throughout the entire experience, and I left feeling well taken care of. The receptionists are most helpful and the dentist I am undertaking treatment with, Abu, is extremely professional and explains every procedure thoroughly. He makes the patient feel confident and relaxed and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my family or friends.

My dentist is so kind and explains everything beforehand. I’ve had some issues following an extraction but I’ve been able to get emergency same day appointments to address this. Nice comfy waiting room. Smooth radio to listen to. Friendly reception staff. I recommend this practice.

On time, efficient check up, x rays and clean. The only thing that could be better is the car parking!!! Lovely reception staff, great dentist, easy to get an appointment. That good we drive an hour to visit this dentist!

Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

My appointment was on time. The doctor was polite and caring. He explained everything to me in detail. Procedure was carried out in an empathetic manner. Well done. However, I would have given 5 stars if 1. Hand over the patient record to the patient either as hard copy or soft copy at the end of the appointment with details of main complaints, discussion on procedure, reasons to carry out the one which was completed, any x-ray pictures, medications, post procedure precautions etc 2. Always book a follow up appointment before patient leaves your centre. 3. Extraction is easy and money making for the centre too. However all options on preserving the tooth should also be "honestly" discussed with the patient.

I recently visited Oldbury smile spa, after my consultation with harry, I decided to go for composite bonding. Harry gave me detailed information about this procedure and made me feel comfortable throughout. I now have the smile Iv always wanted, which has given me so much more confidence. I’ve been a customer at oldbury smile spa for years and having had a fantastic experience in transforming my own teeth with a brace, I've now happily started taking my children to be treated by this patient and skilled dentist. The warm welcome you receive by manager Elizabeth and the friendly nursing team make visits a pleasure and are always happy to answer questions. A huge bonus is how quickly the team will fit you in when you need to be seen quickly such as your brace needing attention. Really great practice i went on a 2 year journey through having braces and then composit bonding so happy with the results harry the dentist is great and explains everything along the way and what to expect. I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Ridwan Khan and the lovely dental nurse. I was a bit nervous, but they both reassured me with their professionalism and care, making me feel completely at ease. I arrived in an awful lot of pain and was treated with kindness as soon as I walked in, was seen to early, and left a short time later with the problem resolved. The best local dentist. I've been coming here for a few years - had a moderately bad dental injury a few years ago that was treated effectively (root canal surgery, fillings and retainers) and with no lasting issues or pain. Pam is always so informative and well-advised, and the receptionists are lovely. Never had an issue with the practice, or booking appointments.

Came into the practice today very nervous as I had to have 4 fillings done my experience was nothing far from amazing all the staff are lovely and friendly and the dentist who I saw made it a pain free experience I highly recommend this dentist they are fantastic
