The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I cannot recommend Envisage Ferndown, and specifically Dr. Tom Rowland highly enough. As someone who has always suffered with a phobia of the Dentist, and having decided to move from my last practice due to several traumatic experiences, I can honestly now say my phobia has gone! Dr Rowland and his calm attention to detail, along with fully explaining every single step of treatment as he goes along, supported by photos and 3D images, has completely extinguished my fear. My first treatment was a long procedure, but he was able to allay any fears and produce a painless, anxiety free result. Thank you Dr Rowland and Envisage!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

Corina is a really good dentist. She has always been careful to ensure my husband and I understand why some work needs doing. Her prices are low to medium 'private'. During a period of 3 years she has changed both our sets of gnashers from 'showing their age (a lot)' into very strong and stable. Her Dental nurse Aneta is very calm and capable. I am a terrible patient,absolutely terrified and have many crowns and fillings. I have been a patient here for about thirty years! But Corina and Aneta have been so kind to me. In January during a check up Corina found nodules in my neck.Corina referred me to Dorchester hospital and it was found that I had Thyroid cancer, I think Corina may have saved my life and I am eternally thankful. I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! Like a vast amount of people I have had a fear and dread of the dentist's since I was very young, for that reason my dental care basically was non-existent leaving me with only a few teeth in my mind 50s. Things changed for me when my new partner discussed with me the idea of getting a set of dentures, as he had his made by Colin at Thomas Patrick Dental Studio many years ago and has never looked back. The first time I met Colin he put me at ease and explained everything in detail that he would need to do, eg impressions and final fitting. Fitting day arrived and Colin talked me through everything he had to do, making sure I was comfortable during the fitting process. Only when he was satisfied that the dentures looked perfect and sat comfortably did he give me a mirror to see my new look - I looked amazing. Colin then explained everything I would need to do over the next few weeks as my facial muscles would need time to adjust to the new dentures. The change this has made to my life is amazing, people didn't recognise me at first as I now look my age and not older than my partner who is in his mid 60s. I now feel more comfortable laughing and smiling as I look really fantastic. Thank you Colin and all your wonderful staff at Thomas Patrick Dental.

Fantastic service. Two other dental labs wouldn't or couldn't repair my lower denture without new impressions and the private dentist who originally did the implant treatment and supplied the denture,wanted an awful,ridiculous amount of money to repair their own work. I rang 'Thomas Patrick' and was told that "anything was possible, because we have Colin"!!! I drove from Weymouth and the work was completed at a tiny fraction of the cost,quickly,efficiently and in a caring friendly manner. I will gladly use them again and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

I cannot recommend The Gentle Dentistry highly enough—they are, without question, the best dentists I've ever visited (and I've been to quite a few). As a very anxious patient with previous bad experiences, I thoroughly researched to find a trustworthy dentist for complex work. My search led me to The Gentle Dentistry. After reviewing their website, I decided to book a consultation. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a detailed treatment plan, with every aspect clearly explained. I required multiple appointments due to the complexity of the work, and each visit was reassuring, with the entire process clearly outlined. Meeting Dan and Ed for different treatments was a pleasure—they provided exceptional care. The assistants were fantastic, offering support throughout the entire process. When I first came to The Gentle Dentistry, I hated my smile and had severe trauma from past dental issues and bad experiences. Now, I have a smile I'm proud of and much less fear of dental work. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information.
