I've recently had composite bonding on my teeth at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics Chesterfield. I can't thank Malcolm, Emily, and the team enough. They have been so supportive throughout and the whole journey ran so smoothly. They were always welcoming and very patient with me as I wanted to make a few small changes to my teeth along the way and now they look perfect. I've now signed up to their treatment plan as I will continue to use the practice for my general check ups. I'd highly recommend this practice!

I recently visited Springmount to have a tooth extraction. All went well, very professional and a relaxing environment. A big thank you to Sophie and Lucy who did a great job in surgery. Also a shout out to Nat at reception who was very welcoming.

My partner and I attended an open day. We were really impressed with the practice. Its a stunning place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not must pressure on your to commit which make us feel very reassured. Thank you !

Omg wow!! When I arrived at the surgery it felt like I’d walked into a dream. The really great kind. Sophie and Lucy were totally amaze ballz and definitely the best dentist and dental hygienist I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone! The only regret you’ll have is not going to see them sooner 👍

Sunny is fantastic and is always so thorough whenever I visit. He communicates everything so clearly and I always feel like I am getting the best advice. I would recommend Sunny to anyone. Kerry was also great and made me feel welcome.

Sunny is a lovely chap who explains everything that you need to know regarding the current health and well-being of your teeth, and the necessary steps going forward to maintain your dental health.

I have found Darren Bywater Dental Care to be Really friendly and informative, regarding their staff. Always happy to chat and make time for you regarding any enquiries or concerns you may have. I had Dr Gurwinder for my dental checkups and for my teeth whitening process. I have found him to be nothing but professional and friendly, alongside being willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. I both recommend him and the practice itself to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Well organised, and efficient practice with some very capable dentists. I'm an NHS patient but get excellent service. My current dentist did a filling for me while attending a checkup last week, saving me days of discomfort and a further appointment. They also seem very friendly and positive.

Dentist was clean and well presented, parking a bit difficult. Hygienist brilliant made you at home. Receptionist very helpful. Would of preferred the old practice. But booked again.

I had my annual checkup yesterday. The surgery was busy but I only waited about 10 minutes. I saw a lovely dentist, Shahzad, who was very thorough. He gave me lots of information on keeping my teeth as healthy as possible and put me totally at ease, even though I’m a nervous patient! He also saw my daughter and granddaughter, who also were very happy with his care and advice.

I was really impressed by the service today, last visit was 2 years ago. I received a polite welcome at reception, didn’t have to wait long to be seen by my Dentist Shahzad Ahmad. He was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my history and examination, kept me informed the whole way through. Gave me some really good advice and tips. Would 100% recommend, thankyou!

I've been struggling with chronic gum problems for a while. Dr. Shahzad Ahmad was incredibly helpful. He carefully examined my gums and provided clear advice on how to manage my condition. The cleaning was professional and comfortable. I'm really grateful for his expertise and would definitely recommend this practice

I was seen by a different dentist this time. A tall male and presumably foreign gentleman. He asked me questions that I'd never heard of before and gave me information that I'd never heard of before. He was very professional and of a very pleasant nature. He was also unhurried. I hope that he cares for me in the future and my thanks go to him.

I began the Invisalign treatment in February 2024 to straighten my uneven teeth. Under the guidance of Dr Anna Jankowska , my aligners were checked and amended regularly. Brilliant process..nobody knew the aligners were there as they are completely see through. All my teeth were straight by the end of November and the aligner attachments removed early December. Best Christmas present to myself ever!!

I have been using this dentist for around 20 years now. My only negative comment is that my NHS dentist became unavailable due to leaving the practice resulting in me having to take out a dental plan. I have gum disease and Meghan the hygienist was instrumental in suggesting I find a periodontist which I did. ( That costs me more money and have had two lots of surgery and deeper cleans with ongoing visits). I also have a stringent daily cleaning routine so we work together on my gums and teeth. I need regular cleaning so the dental plan covers 4 cleans a year for me which is what I need (I am paying less at Ripley with my dental plan than I was before on the NHS for the things I need) Meghan has been amazing looking after my teeth until I got set up on the plan, she advises, discusses, follows up from where we left off last time ( this reassures me that I am not just another person, she actually plans fir my visit). Thank you Meghan. My dentist now is Anna who is lovely she has made me a night time mouth guard and fitted me a beautiful crown in a broken tooth. Again I can’t fault her practice. Thank you Anna. Both are extremely professional, put me at ease and explain everything really clearly so I can make decisions. The reception staff are also very helpful when booked appointments etc. Not much we can do about the NHS situation, but my win is that after all the work I have so far managed to keep all of my teeth as a result of Meghans actions. The only reason I scored 4 is because of the NHS situation which is no fault of the Dentist. Big fat 5 for service.

I have recently been to see my dentist Dr. Jankowska and my Hygienist Meghan MacKay, both of whom are extremely friendly, professional and caring. Everyone I have come into contact there has been kind and welcoming and I would happily recommend this practice.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

I am nervous of dental treatment from childhood, plus sensitive teeth. Nish was very patient and kept checking in during treatment that I was ok; pleased to say after local anaesthetic and reassurance my treatment was pain free. Thanks to you both for your kindness.Michelle

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks

Love these guys , after smoking for years I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and it makes a huge difference , painless and always feeling fresh . Did I tell you about my lips.?? For the first time I have defined lips , just enough to give shape and detail it was skillfully done by Sam. Would definitely do again ... ps I'm a man who works in construction .

I cannot recommend Kev enough to anybody looking for a friendly, personable and reliable dentist. I’ve had clear correct, whitening and composite bonding carried out by Kev and at each stage of my journey he has gone above and beyond. Kev instantly puts you at ease as opposed to other dentists where I’ve previously felt nervous. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else now and I cannot thank him enough for the impeccable job he has done with my teeth. 😁

Recommend Kev highly! Really down to earth and honest. Whole process was very smooth and answered any questions or concerns straight away. Very happy with the teeth whitening the results was just what I was hoping for.

Had to use this dentist as an emergency patient twice in 3 weeks. First was to remove a broken wisdom tooth. The dentist Mr Fields was really calming and put all my fears at ease as I was scared stiff. The second time was due to an infection in another wisdom tooth area. Again the dentist Mr Masterson was really calming and put my nerves at ease. I can not thank this practice enough.

Visited Dr. Nikita Mehta today for my two daughters (9 years old and 7 years old). They were feeling quite anxious since we haven’t visited the dentist due to COVID. Dr. Mehta was nothing short of excellent. Compassionate, gentle and she really was able to explain every step of the visit to my daughters. She removed plaque build up on my older daughter and talked about a long term plan for alignment of her teeth, which is helpful to me as we plan her next few visits with Dr. Mehta. Follow up on X-rays and a plan forward to help with two small cavities was clearly communicated for my younger daughter so clearly. The practice also is so soothing, nestled across a park, the girls had a quick play in the playground. Such a great experience! Def. A family practice for all.
