My dentist has been absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is also very thorough and does a good job 👍

I was late for my appointment but I was still seen. All staff were thorough but welcoming and kind. The receptionist checked details and made sure all was on order. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the check up and explained what she was doing. Excellent advice given on dental care in relation to my health issues. I was very satisfied with the care and service received.

My wife and I both had appointments with Tafadzwa Mbengeranwa and, as usual, she was brilliant. She put us at our ease, as we’re both quite nervous of the dentist, and made the whole experience much less stressful as we have endured in the past. We were both informed that we would require a follow up appointment but, because of her ‘chair side manner’ we are both at ease about the upcoming visit. Tafadwza’s nurse/assistant (sorry, didn’t get her name) also made an effort to keep us engaged and made sure the whole situation was lighthearted, without compromising on professionalism.
