Malcolm and the team at Springmount Dental really made me feel welcome since popping in to enquire about options to improve the look of my smile prior to my wedding. Fast-forward a few months and I’m thrilled with the results of my composite bonding procedure. The care and expert advice they provided throughout the process has been amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They incorporate the smart use of latest technology within their practice, which provides in-depth discovery and the ability to provide detailed demonstrations of the procedure during the consultation phase. In addition, the flexible funding options for procedures and the overall high quality look and feel of the surgery, made it an easy choice to become my primary dental provider. All of the staff are really friendly and I look forward to my next visit!

I recently visited Springmount to have a tooth extraction. All went well, very professional and a relaxing environment. A big thank you to Sophie and Lucy who did a great job in surgery. Also a shout out to Nat at reception who was very welcoming.

I've recently had composite bonding on my teeth at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics Chesterfield. I can't thank Malcolm, Emily, and the team enough. They have been so supportive throughout and the whole journey ran so smoothly. They were always welcoming and very patient with me as I wanted to make a few small changes to my teeth along the way and now they look perfect. I've now signed up to their treatment plan as I will continue to use the practice for my general check ups. I'd highly recommend this practice!

Omg wow!! When I arrived at the surgery it felt like I’d walked into a dream. The really great kind. Sophie and Lucy were totally amaze ballz and definitely the best dentist and dental hygienist I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone! I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. My story in short. I lived with a problem tooth for 4 years, for 4 years I had not eaten food with the left side of my teeth, for 4 years with pain, infections and torment. My dentist damaged my tooth even more and it became more problematic. Then another dentist caused me a huge trauma in my life after he tried to pull it out, even the anesthesia didn't catch me and until I screamed in pain he still tried to pull it out and finally stopped and left the tooth and sent me home like that with pain and huge trauma. After such a long time my dentist refused to pull it out and sent me to the clinic Steeple Grange Dental with Dr.Zaki Kudsi. Dr.Zaki Kudsi and the nurse are super great professionals, attentive, respectful and very kind-hearted people. For them, the patient is important and that the patient feels good and calm, they give everything of themselves and great care and attention. Even after my great trauma in life, they managed to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and in 2-3 minutes my tooth was extracted without any pain or tension. I simply have no words for these kind and professional people, all the best words on earth are too little for them if they were to be used. After 4 years in a dark corner with no way out in pain and suffering, Dr.Zaki Kudsi showed me the way out and the light, for which I thank him from the bottom of my soul. I wish him and the nurse to be very blessed. The gift of kindness, professional attitude and work they have is at the highest level I have ever seen,everything was so wonderful and peaceful during the procedure and the care after the procedure before they discharged me. I am just speechless these people are the best and greatest professionals I have ever seen. After 4 years with the huge thanks to Dr. Zaki Kudsi I finally started eating with my teeth on the left side of my mouth and I am so happy I am speechless. May God bless you a hundredfold and I wish you all the best in life. If you suffer from such trauma or if you are scared of dentists and procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Zaki Kudsi and his sister, they will make you feel super relaxed, they will take great care of you, the procedures will be quick and painless, and they will discharge you with care and a huge smile on their face. Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks

Steeple Grange is a very professional smartly presented dental practice. Dentist Nick Thorburn is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my 50s so I've had a few. His manner, the way he explains every detail of your treatment puts you at ease immediately and his work is just the best. I've never been happier with my dental care and would certainly recommend the practice and Nick to anyone.

Quick and efficient service, with one replacement filling, from the newish dentist based on the ground floor can't remember her name but it begins with M. Our last 2 visits have been with her and both of us are highly satisfied. So 5 stars and hopefully she will still be there on our next check up.

I was late for my appointment but I was still seen. All staff were thorough but welcoming and kind. The receptionist checked details and made sure all was on order. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the check up and explained what she was doing. Excellent advice given on dental care in relation to my health issues. I was very satisfied with the care and service received.

Taffy and her colleague were excellent today as ever. Helpful and clear explanations (including football physio analogies) I am very pleased with comfort of emergency filling a few months ago and check up today

I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly. The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere throughout the practice. Visiting Dr Katie Shooter for the first time was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge and professionalism was first class, with full explanations of everything being considered, with great use of visuals to support the conversation. I instantly felt at ease. The team were also very accommodating and supportive when it came to appointments and have helped work out a plan of care really quickly. From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and listens, and gives the best advice possible for treatment. Also my hygienist Sara is lovely and goes that extra little bit that counts. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚

I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. Not forgetting his team who also work to the same standards as Dr Moss. Thank you all.

Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

I can’t recommend Springmount Dental & Aesthetics highly enough. All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I had my second hygiene appointment with them yesterday since joining their membership and Alicia and Georgie were brilliant, making me feel comfortable throughout and explaining my ongoing treatment clearly. Joining the membership is worth every penny — you won’t regret it.

Today I attended my final implant appointment for two teeth. The journey has taken a year but I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely over the moon I am with the final result. Thank you so so much to Malcolm, who is so calm and reassuring and also to all his assistants who have been with me every step of the way, your patience and kindness have made this experience a very positive and supported one. I have neglected my teeth for many years through not visiting dentist’s regularly and as a consequence I have had intensive treatment for 15 months. I am on a plan and my treatment is ongoing but I know I am in safe hands. Thank you to Jenny whose chats calm me while I wait. Sam and her associates for everything they are doing and giving me guidance in the care of my teeth, and Sinead for arranging everything. Today I got my smile back and I am so pleased I chose Springmount. I really cannot recommend them enough, thank you everyone and see you soon 😉.

So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! The receptionist are very friendly and helpful, the dentist I saw really made feel at ease. He explains everything simply and shows you your X-rays ect, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

Mr Bola recommended a small treatment behind my top front teeth. I had it done because I had ground my dentine away & my front teeth were virtually clear at the bottom. I’m so happy as it looks like I’ve got a new smile, my bottom jaw is having to sit further back to allow my jaw to shut. Mr Bola warned it might take 3 months to get used to it, or I might even want it removed, but no….I’m now thinking what other great work he can do without too much trauma. Thank you

A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment.
