Excellent in every way, top customer service; professional and friendly.. they put my duvet in a nice bag which I can reuse to store my other duvet away..the duvet smelled lovely; not too overpowering, just fresh and clean..I will only use these guys from now on.. I got two items steamed for my wedding and the service was amazing! I was refunded some money as my dress as easier than expected which just shows how good the customer service is. I even got a few extra treats which just adds on to how lovely the service is and i definitely will be coming back!

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Crystal Care and the service is amazing and they done an amazing job! The photos were taken before the final clean and it was boxed up in a lovely box with the veil. My dress was pretty filthy and stained with fake tan etc and it now looks brand new! Wonderful family business with such nice personal customer service. I will definitely use Crystal Care again!

Price was reasonable and the service was fine. The young lady who cleaned my house missed the freezer (in a fridge-freezer set) and I had to deal with it on my own, otherwise, really good job.

Rachel is responsible for cleaning our service apartment in Birmingham on a long term contract. This role is demanding as the apartment is highly dependent on cleaners to ensure that everything is well and to report concerns and ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard. Rachel is able to work under pressure as at times the apartment has to be cleaned promptly to allow other guests to check in. Rachel has provided an excellent service. She is professional in her approach and she goes extra miles in ensuring that the service she provides is of the highest standard. Brilliant from start to finish. A quote for a garden tidy up and lawn service was provided by Mike and his team within an hour of contact. The work included lawn cutting, edging, strimming, and weeding to an extremely high standard. Mike and his team removed all trash. I could not have hoped for a better service. Mike and Gary came early this morning (on a Saturday) and cleared almost a months worth of rubbish from 18 flats. You can imagine how much rubbish this was, including maggots and at least one very lively rat!! They worked so hard & efficiently and left the area spotless. We are so impressed and would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Although most of the other tenants didn't have the opportunity to say thank you - we're sure all of them appreciate all that Mike & Gary have done. Both men had a lovely cheerful disposition and worked dilligently, reminding us of the words at Proverbs 13:4 "...The dilligent one will be fully satisfied (or prosper)". We use Expert Cleaning & Maintenance 4 U a couple of times per year and once again have had an excellent service with plants removed from roof, weeds and debris removed from side entrance, overgrown hedge cut back that had grown over roof and chairs disposed of. Very professional, clean, thorough and on time. Everything you’d want for an end of tenancy clean really. Very happy with their service. One thing i would’ve liked better to happen is an email confirmation regarding the appointment rather than just the message on their website. Nevertheless everything went as scheduled.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable.
