We had a very short time slot for the mattress steam cleaning to take place. With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. They advised us on drying techniques and left for other jobs If ONLY other companies were as professional as this. This Company certainly is a standout performer in the Solihull/Birmingham area

Our end of tenancy cleaning was done by Lubo and his team - professional and courteous, excellent cleaning work. I would let the pictures speak for themselves. Service from LA Maintenance is brilliant, the outcome of the fascias, render, gutters and windows have come up lovely. With the guttering it was really useful to see the camera footage from before and after the clean. Communication has been great from the initial enquiry through to the finished product. Very friendly and professional. Would use LA Maintenance again and will be used for regular cleans moving forward. 100% recommend 👌

I would most definitely use Nita again. She was professional, polite, hard working and most importantly gave me a competitive price. I called her to arrange an end of tenancy clean. She visited the property and gave me a really good quote. I’m based in London so requested that she collects the key from the nieghbour. She was happy to do that and arrived on time. She spent a long time cleaning the property and even cleaned the extractor fan filter as a bonus which I was extremely happy with and needless to say I’ll definitely be using her again.

I got two items steamed for my wedding and the service was amazing! I was refunded some money as my dress as easier than expected which just shows how good the customer service is. I even got a few extra treats which just adds on to how lovely the service is and i definitely will be coming back!

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Crystal Care and the service is amazing and they done an amazing job! The photos were taken before the final clean and it was boxed up in a lovely box with the veil. My dress was pretty filthy and stained with fake tan etc and it now looks brand new! Wonderful family business with such nice personal customer service. I will definitely use Crystal Care again!

I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week. The service was exemplary, Josh even arranged a key collection for a very reasonable charge. The team did a great job, and sent photos for my reassurance. First class all round.
