Excellent in every way, top customer service; professional and friendly.. they put my duvet in a nice bag which I can reuse to store my other duvet away..the duvet smelled lovely; not too overpowering, just fresh and clean..I will only use these guys from now on.. I got two items steamed for my wedding and the service was amazing! I was refunded some money as my dress as easier than expected which just shows how good the customer service is. I even got a few extra treats which just adds on to how lovely the service is and i definitely will be coming back!

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Crystal Care and the service is amazing and they done an amazing job! The photos were taken before the final clean and it was boxed up in a lovely box with the veil. My dress was pretty filthy and stained with fake tan etc and it now looks brand new! Wonderful family business with such nice personal customer service. I will definitely use Crystal Care again!
