Excellent and professional service! 10/10 After sweeping our chimneys, Lee and Richard fitted a wood burner. Everything was seamless from getting a quote, installing the scaffolding, professional installation and helpful follow up. I was blown away by the care they took of our property and after they left you wouldn't have known any work had taken place - apart from the magnificent wood burner! I'd also like to thank Jenna. She communicated and reassured us throughout and is clearly an organisational genius. She also offered great support when I explained we'd been conned by a local builder and floor company. Lee installed the log burner which has been brilliant. He even kindly popped out to help to refit the top baffle which I had tried to put back myself where it had worked loose. No problem no charge. Both Lee and Jenna very helpful and efficient. Would recommend company!!
