I was amazed by the customer service and professionalism by the Mister and his son. I always looking for a place that make me feel welcome and understand what I need, then how much it cost just don't bother much. On top of this they have the most competitive prices in all area of Feltham where I'm based. Highly recommended. 💯 This is how my lovely coat looks after being dry cleaning, just as brand new.

Had a heavily stained white roman blind (dry clean only on label). Took it into Smart Dry Cleaners after looking at reviews. The gentleman explained that dry cleaning would not get the stains out and asked for our permission to use a gentle wash instead and that there would be no guarantee that he could get all of the stains out. We gave our permission as our worst case scenario would be to buy a new roman blind. Cleaning was priced at £23 which we thought was reasonable. The following week hubby collected the blind and was amazed how clean it was compared to when we took it in. We were very impressed. We've happily put the blind back up. It has shrunk a little bit which is minor and is liveable. Certainly recommend and use Smart Dry Cleaners again in the future. (I think the staining is from using Airwick plug-in air fresheners, so I am stopping using them) Photo is the AFTER and taken under artificial light. Before cleaning the bottom 2 rows were very yellow with some dark spotting.

What can I say first class service, super friendly,had a suit dry cleaned and trousers lengthen,two more pairs of trousers shortened and the off cuts used to make belt loops. absolutely smashing job done,all completed in one week, with text messages to say they were ready, excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

The people who work here are lovely and provide amazing service, my canada goose was covered in what i thought was permanent stains but they managed to get every single one out and now my coat looks brand new, i will only go to this dry cleaners from now on, i highly recomend to all.
