I spilled foundation on my grey carpets and contacted Jay’s. Jay and his colleague were very responsive to my request and provided a reasonably priced quote and literally cleaned my carpet so well that they looked like the day they were fitted. Both were very timely, professional and even cleaned the area on the cupboard and other specs outside of the area. I would highly recommend this company and will be keeping them in my phone book! Really professional service from Jay from the first message I sent all the way through to once I’d had my carpets cleaned with a few after care questions. After 9 months of having a new puppy our carpets were desperate for a good clean and Jay left them looking brand new again.
