We have used Shine time window cleaners for quite a few years, since we moved to our present house. We always get a text message the day before they come and I have always found them very reliable and professional. The windows are cleaned using a long pole so it's private for the bedrooms.

I have been using them now for 5 years and they are efficient and on very rare occasions they are withheld they will let you know. Windows’s and external doors are always clean and never had to complain about anything..

ShineTime have been my window cleaners for years, and I wouldn’t think of changing them if they continue the service they provide now. They send a reminder via text the day before they are due and have never let me down - in cases of very bad weather they will keep you updated. They use clearly signed vans, and up to date machinery, using their own water and long-poled equipment for upstairs windows - great for customer privacy. The staff are very professional but also kind and friendly. I can’t recommend ShineTime enough - they provide a true 5 star service.

I've been with Shinetime a good while now and have had good service from them. When I'm home I normally have a good chat with whoever is on duty. Always friendly and with the weather as it's been I take my hats off to them. Regards John Young
