This cleaning company is the best we rate 5 starts but would rate more... very polite, hard working staff, trust worthy.. would recommend to any company out there looking for a great cleaning company / team. ABSOLUTELY FAB keep up the great work girls

I have had a couple of cleaning companies and agencies in the past, some good and some bad but for whatever reasons they have all let me down or disappointed me. On a recommendation from a friend I tried Kings and Queens Palace Cleans, right from the assessment Katy came across very approachable and friendly and made me feel excited about what was ahead. Katy agreed to accompany the cleaner until I felt confident that my elderly father was comfortable with someone in our home, the cleaner (Sammy) was lovely and also cared for her elderly parents so was very understanding to my fathers needs. I don't normally leave feedback but felt compelled to do so in this instance as it has been over six months now and we are very happy with the service.
