Dealing with Richard from the first phone call, to getting Jason & David in they have been absolute stars !! The awful stains in my carpets were cleaned brilliantly. The lads were super efficient, professional and pleasant. When I need carpets cleaning in the future I will definitely be calling on them. Job well done! Thank you !

Richard had been chosen by an agent of Aviva Insurance to clean our carpets and other soft furnishing follow a fire at our home which left soot and smoke residue on those surfaces. Richard met me at our home at the time agreed, and set to work straight away. The equipment used for this task is very professional. Richard took great care when handling our furnishings, even acknowledging there were metal studs on the feet of our armchairs which required him to stand the armchair on it's side to prevent the metal rusting, which it may have if placed in contact with the carpet. Following a thorough cleaning of the carpet and upholstery it was apparent the cleansing process had worked. The colour of the waste water reflected this. A final finishing spray over the surfaces resulted in the the removal of any traces of smoke odour. Richard advised that the drying time, ( January), would take two days without heating, one day with heating. We returned to our unheated home the following day. Boiler damaged in the fire, and whilst the soft furnishings were still damp, the carpet felt quite dry, and still no smell of smoke. I would very much recommend Richard at Witch Cleaning, Dover.

Having used Richard and his team when we first moved in our house we didn't hesitate to use them again to give our hallway and stairs and rug a spruce up before xmas ,always friendly and professional and very good communication letting us know when they were arriving,thumbs up for ben who done a fantastic job
