Busy Hands Cleaners has always given me an excellent service, when my current cleaner went on holidays. I requested a replacement and they provided me a replacement cleaner which made my life mush easier. I have not had any issues with the service so far.

Busy Hands have been a joy to deal with: friendly and efficient and able to handle glitches or difficulties (a cleaner who's ill and can't come as planned for instance) constructively and with grace, always managing the situation effectively for the best possible result. This is a good company, run very well.
