They are the ultimate professionals & our house has never been so clean! I have been using Emperor for the past year and a half. If it’s one chore I can’t stand, is cleaning my oven. Now I no longer worry about it. I have it cleaned every few months. Recently I also had our carpet cleaned. George always provides a great professional service with a smile. I also always get reminders when an appointment is set. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

We had George from Emperor over today to do our single oven clean. We hadn’t used it in over a week because of the state of the smoke coming off the unused grill. George was punctual and kept us up to date on arrival time, he was super clean and did an AMAZING job of our oven! We are soo impressed and we will definitely be using them again! Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.

After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. I had CCS Kent come out and clean the carpets of my one bedroom flat when I first moved in. The carpets were incredibly dirty but Tristan made them come up a treat.
