I had CCS Kent come out and clean the carpets of my one bedroom flat when I first moved in. The carpets were incredibly dirty but Tristan made them come up a treat. I found them incredibly helpful and very flexible. He was very professional and surprisingly knowledgeable about carpets/rugs. I would very much recommend

If you need your carpets cleaned I would definitely recommend North Star. Matthew takes so much care & attention & our carpets look like new. He is such a lovely person. Karen in the office is also excellent. Hassle free & top class customer service!

Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.

Had my carpet cleaned today at 3.30 by Matthew a genuine lovely guy who knew what he was doing and left our 10year old carpet looking brand new. Cannot fault this company at all and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

We had George from Emperor over today to do our single oven clean. We hadn’t used it in over a week because of the state of the smoke coming off the unused grill. George was punctual and kept us up to date on arrival time, he was super clean and did an AMAZING job of our oven! We are soo impressed and we will definitely be using them again! Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

Ian did a wonderful job doing an end tenancy for my sister. A carpet that we had always thought as brown came up grey, we always had rugs on it as we did not like the colour. Ian took the stress of this cleaning job and we coukdn't thank him enough. We would recommend him for his excellent work, his always happy nature and his above and beyond ability to fit into my hectic day while he just got on cleaned and quietly let me know when he was going to finish so i could organise to meet up and collect the keys. Great service and highly recommended! Ed cleaned our gutters for us and was determined to finish the job despite the difficulties of our site. Fortunately we had some scaffolding put up for another job and he came back straight away to finish the bits he couldn’t reach. The house looked lovely when we returned yesterday. I also have to mention now professional I found the whole process. Jag came round before we went away to introduce herself and went round the house to note down the type of floors we had and what she could do in each room.
