Dan was excellent . He responded to my phone call and after submitting photos he came back to me very quickly with a price . He is very particular and takes a pride in doing a really good job . He was on time as arranged and then worked quickly and efficiently . He has good equipment and it's powerful. I would highly recommend using Dan and his company and we plan to have him back next year . He cleaned 2 patio areas and pathways . Several areas needed a chemical application and it was effective but will be even better next time . I didn't realise we needed an Application - there's no hard sell and he gives good advice . Everything is sparking today - I'm really pleased .
