From recently receiving the keys to move into a rental property, I was gobsmacked and so upset by how dirty the property was. After multiple searches to find the right business to help with this. I came across Ashford Cleaning Ltd. I didn’t think this property would have been up to the standards I required. But wow they proved me wrong, the house is gleaming! i highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Monique messaged me to see if she could arrive earlier to complete the clean which was fantastic for me. Once the clean was completed Monique and her husband waited for me to get back and showed me around the property. I am super super impressed with the work they have completed and I literally cannot thank them enough. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone that requires deep cleaning and carpet cleaning services. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you so so much! Highly recommend. Smooth and friendly process to set up details and make booking. Jamie then did an end of tenancy carpet clean for us for a late relative. Arrived on time, pleasant and the carpets look so much better. Would definitely recommend and use myself in future.

Ashford Cleaners are the third cleaner we've used this year, after finding that the others dropped their standards after the initial couple of cleans or failed to turn up. I love having an online account to book and manage cleans, see payments, and our cleaner - Monique - always does a lovely job, is very friendly and trustworthy, and so efficient! While Ashford Cleaners are slightly more expensive per hour than the previous ones I used, Monique works so quickly and does such a good job that it works out better value! We've also had a carpet clean through them and the guy did a really thorough job.
