We employ Top Down Cleaning Services since 2016 to clean at a couple of our larger sites, as well as at a number of smaller sites in London. The cleaning standard is always high and very consistent. We highly recommend their services to any residential property management considering them for communal cleaning services. Friendly staff , always answer questions and answer emails promptly.

After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

I had Pro Team cleaning Ltd, in to clean my Patio at the rear of my property, we ended up being that impressed with the service i had all my front driveway cleaned along with all the hung tiles on the front of my house. I have just finished a complete refurbishment on the property so you can imagine the mess the builders left on my front drive, Pro Team have exceeded my expectations, and brought everything up like a brand new (drive and patio, windows, tiles.) I have also signed up to have my windows cleaned every six weeks. I also had all my fascias and soffits cleaned. It makes such a change to use a company that are so driven on doing a fantastic job and looking after there customers. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone. First time using ProTeam Cleaning, and very impressed. The team was courteous, respectful of the property, and friendly. The equiment they bring for the job is top notch. After the job was done, they showed me before and after detailed pictures of the gutters on their phone. And the fascias/soffits had found their original white colour again. Paid by card on the spot, and received a copy of the invoice and the photos next day—no fuss on that side, very straightforward and efficient. I will definitively use this business again.

Our solar panels needed a good clean so we wanted an experienced cleaning company able to safely access the solar panels on the house roof. We also wanted our patio and drive cleaning . We found Pro Team Cleaning and Tom made the sensible suggestion that they could also do a clean of the roof tiles which hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Tom and Toby did a great job. The house roof and garage roof look like new and make the whole house look so much better. Thanks for a great job – will definitely use Pro Team Cleaning again.

We get a first class service from Brett Cleaning. Having used other local agencies they are by far the best. They do an excellent clean in half the time and provide their own materials. We used Brett Cleaners for our regular holiday cottage cleaning for about 12 months. We were never let down by Brett, who turned up to clean the cottages whenever they were needed, even on the occasional Sunday.

Best cleaning company, we have been using them for over 3 years. Our Restaurant carpet is done twice a year with Capital Cleaning. We also use for our Mosque carpet cleaning every year. They did a great job. I was let down at the last minute to do a end of tenancy and carpet clean. They were professional friendly and did a really good job. In fact cleaner then when i moved in. I will definitely recommend them and will use again. Reasonably priced but did a top end clean for a fair competitive price but the snagging and finish was like a top end price. They take great care and pride in their work.

Did a great job on an end of tenancy clean. A ton of stuff was cleared and the whole house cleaned. Looks as good as new. It was at such a short notice but everything was done as promised and to spec. If your short on time then save yourself the stress, just call in Tristan and his team.
