They have done superior work in the over 10 years that we have been doing business with them … to the point where I consider them as an “above and beyond” dry cleaning service , as well as feeling like they are part of the neighbourhood community.

Great dry cleaners. They cleaned my white puffer coat that had a month old lipstick stain on it, I was so gutted thinking I ruined my barely worn coat but they were great. The process is also super easy, you just drop it off and pay at pick up. Sev is lovely and super friendly. 10/10 dry cleaners

I genuinely cannot recommend Vicuna enough. Getting your wedding dress cleaned is a really big thing for a bride. There's always that anxiety of oh god what if it gets ruined. I can honestly say the customer service I received was exceptional. From being able to reassure me I was in safe hands, to always being on hand to answer all my questions with so much patience and understanding, to the actual quality of the dry cleaning and then the fact that even though I wasn't in their remit they still came to pick up and redeliver mine and my sister's dresses, in a beautiful box because I'd been a past customer. Vicuna I can't thank you enough for making the whole process a wonderful experience! X

Excellent Dry cleaners! So glad we found them. The pick up and drop off service makes things so easy! They did such an amazing job on my wedding dress. It looks brand new again. Our duvet and pillows also came back extra fluffy!
