The team at The Canvas Cleaning Company have been looking after my 5 Lotus Belle glampig tents since I opened in 2019. At the start of each season, they erect the tents and peg them down. They are always cheerful and energetic. At the end of each season, they dismantle them all - then take them away to be cleaned, dried, re-proofed and stored until the following year. They are 100% reliable and do a fantastic job. I totally rely on them to set things up for me and recommend them wholeheartedly. My tent was returned today (well ahead of when it was promised) - and I am in shock. How on earth your team have managed to achieve that result of cleaning and repair is a complete mystery!! It now looks like new (the photo is how it looked before I sent it to you) - and smells really really clean!!! Thank you
