From the first contact with Pam, a lovely lady, my whole experience has been brilliant. Ju, my cleaner, is wonderful, so respectful ( I had to say my name is Jane not madam ), hardworking, funny, a delight to have in my house. The whole place is sparkling and smells divine when she's finished. Ju isn't just my cleaner now, she's a friend.
