Chris and Gaz have just finished our loft conversion. We are thrilled with our new bedroom and ensuite. Both Chris and Gaz were brilliant throughout providing great service and advice from start to finish. They were very approachable and professional and have done a fantastic job. They wer every considerate, answered any questions we had, and were very tidy throughout the building process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to convert their loft.

Using these guys was one of the best decisions we have ever made! Harris is headed up by two brothers called Ash & Rob. Our initial dealings were all with Ash who came round to quote for the extension and refurbishment work we wanted doing. We had a positive feeling from him straight away but as this was such a big decision we still interviewed other builders. Whilst the price was good i must stress that the decision to use Ash and his company was not based solely on price. Price was important but so was having the confidence that the builder cared and was skilled enough to do a good job. I've watched too many cowboy builder episodes before! Like all good builders it took a number of months before they could start which we preferred to someone who could start tomorrow but when they did start, they worked from 7.30am nearly every day to get the job completed on time. During the first few weeks we were introduced to other members of the team including Rob, Ryan, H, Bill, Conor, Chris & Mike. Not only did they prove to be highly skilled, excellent tradespeople, they also turned out to be the nicest bunch of guys we have ever used for any work and we genuinely miss them not being around! They worked on our house for around 4 months so they all became part of the furniture and we now consider them to be friends. The attention to detail and level of finish was even higher than we had hoped for which is unusual these days. These guys deserve all the success in the world and before anyone even thinks about appointing another building company - DONT! Call Ash and you will not be disappointed. Anyone thinking of employing them to do any work is welcome to come and see the work they did for us so they can see that these guys do a great job. Thanks again to the entire Harris carpentry team. I was recommended to AMK Carpentry having seen their beautiful work at my cousins house for whom they have made a bespoke cabinet. Since I have had two bespoke wardrobes made and I am so impressed with eh quality, price, flexibility and service. As you can see from the photos we had some unusual designs and AMK worked with us to get the finished product, we are very happy with these. Since I have recommended AMK to other family and friends who have also been very happy with their work.

We cannot recommend AMK Carpentry enough. We’ve so far had bespoke wardrobes made and fitted for both our bedrooms as well as a bespoke kitchen and we will definitely be calling upon their services again in the future! I am delighted with the finished product from AMK, a bespoke breakfast unit. Am was courteous and extremely knowledgeable from our first contact. The unit was designed to match our existing Magnet kitchen and the colour etc is spot on. The attention to detail was excellent. Am and his brother took care in our home when fitting the unit and even left it spotless with no evidence of sawdust etc. We've said that if Am did even more trades like plumbing etc, we'd have him to do everything in our house!

I had WAL Kitchens & Carpentry create me an office space using 40mm oak as the work top and a bespoke 40mm floating oak shelf and office drawers. Top quality work and attention to detail is second to none. I'm glad I waited until an available day as opposed to finding someone ASAP. Not the greatest picture and the paint's drying but you get the idea.

Going to run out of superlatives for this firm. Absolutely wonderful. Don't be put off by the word "bespoke" - their prices are more than reasonable and, in my case, way less than a nearby window company. This firm knows its stuff. To date I have had: new patio window, new kitchen door and three internal doors. Workmanship is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. And everyone is so nice. If you can't get through on the first attempt, keep trying - it will be worth it.
