Matt and Ayla have recently finished a shower room for me, the second project they've completed in the last 12 months (the last being a family bathroom). Like the first the work was excellent with a great finish and attention to detail. Matt is a delight to work with and always sticks to the time frame and the budget so we're really pleased with the results.

I hired this contractor to fit 7 Oak internal doors, cap an open staircase with new Oak steps, and install new skirting boards in certain areas of the property. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the work was completed both effectively and efficiently. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the cost was very competitive. I am very pleased with the results. Would I hire them again? Yes. Would I recommend their services? Absolutely.

We called CGT in the early hours of Sunday morning after the door to my daughters flat was kicked in. Reuben advised us of the price and how long it would take him to get there. Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote. I had Paul to fit 9 doors and I'm very please they look great and good quality. Nothing was too much bother and he cleaned up after and took my old doors away. Paul fitted 8 new cottage style doors in our Victorian Semi to replace the original 140 year old pine ones that were really showing their age The transformation is amazing. The doors he supplied were already coated in a nice primed finish, and actually were exactly the same colour as our choice of paint, which was Creme Del la Creme in the French Chic range ,so we only had to paint the sides he individually planed to fit . Dave and the team did our dormer loft conversion. From the moment Dave came to quote, he was thorough and resolved issues quickly as they arose. During the work, everything was communicated and the team always went the extra mile! The clean up at the end of every day was second to none which we definitely appreciated with two small children. Dave and his amazing team, transformed our garage into two separate spaces; an office and a snug/ play room. Dave and his team have done an incredible job on our dormer loft conversion and a couple of additional smaller jobs. We’ve been very impressed with the high standard of work and attention to detail shown throughout. The communication was great before the job even started and through the whole job, we were always kept in the loop. Our existing space had a lot of issues which were encountered early-on, but Dave was able to update the plans on the fly to come up with a good end result. We can’t recommend Prestidge Building and Carpentry enough and we won’t hesitate to get in contact again for future jobs. Many thanks to Dave and the team.

guys did a great job on our mid century house with quirky 1960s original design that was very neglected. fixed our very squeaky staircase which another team failed to fix. Was also delighted with the reconstruction of an unusual slate and wood original feature matching exactly areas that were undamaged. very considerate, knowledgeable and hard working dudes and I would say great value too.

Very pleased with our new windows so far, looking forward to getting them painted when weather permits. Excellent professionals to have in our home, immaculately tidy and attentive to details, extreme care taken to protect new carpets and decorating with minimal finishing off to do. Rafa fitted a built in wardrobe in my bedroom he helped me design what I had in mind, and built the wardrobe and spray painted the doors to the exact paint colour we wanted. Adam and his team took great care for the design of our short staircase banisters, offering helpful suggestions to improve the effectiveness and was flexible to our requirements and choices. The work was carried out neatly and tidily and we enjoyed having them there with their enormous amount of equipment. Unfortunately as incorrect spindles were supplied to them, there was a long delay in completing the job, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Needed a radiator cover for an awkward radiator due to where the pipes were located. Came out in a timely fashion to measure up and give the quote. Finished product good quality, and fits the space as we needed.

We took delivery of a bespoke radiator cover today, and it is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is fantastic. The lead time was a lot sooner than we originally thought, and communication along the way was great too. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again!
