We saw examples of Byatt’s Builders work on social media and decided to engage the services of Byatt’s Builders for our kitchen knock-through and conversion. Thankfully, we made the right choice. From the planning stage we were impressed with the professionalism, experience, insight, and valuable advice from both Julian and Ben. Even though we were apprehensive about the project (dust, noise, inconvenience to our daily lives), we were reassured by Julian that they would ensure that there would be very little to be concerned about – and how right he was. Every one of the Byatt workforce were exceptional tradesmen, very polite, respectful of our home, and most professional. After each day the tradesmen would ensure that there was no rubble or dust on site. One aspect that truly impressed me was how Julian accommodated other trades (flooring, decorators), and readily re-arranged his workforce to allow the other trades to complete their work. Jo and I had very high expectations about the outcome of the project, and Byatt’s Builders far exceeded our expectations. We now have the kitchen of our dreams, and it was accomplished with very little inconvenience or delay. We will be contracting Julian and his team for further projects, and we have no qualms about recommending them for your building needs – we know that you will not be disappointed. Byatt Building and Joinery were recommended to me by a couple of friends who had used them previously and I wasn't disappointed. Their work was exceptional in repairing my Mum's house after a water leak. I would like to thank Julian and all his team for the work they did, Mum is really pleased with the final result. I found them easy to talk to from the first meeting with Julian and Ben to the various members of his team working on the job. They gave me confidence that the work would be completed to a high standard, which it was.

After having a new carpet fitted I needed a couple of inches to be taken off the door. I contacted JMA and they fitted us in between jobs. Very quick response and very efficient. The 2 guys that came where very professional and friendly. On talking to them I realised they do everything from joinery to building extensions and fitting kitchens. JMA joinery and building services designed, created and made my fabulous media wall, with additional storage as requested. Nothing was too much trouble, they answered all my questions immediately and the workmen that came were lovely, polite, and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend these guys and I will be using them again when we work onto the next room. Excellent prices, professional and brilliant service. 5 stars from us!!

Martin did a great job for us. Removed and fitted 7 internal doors . The work he did was first class we couldn't have wished for anything better.

Had our staircàse restyled, am very pleased with the craftmanship. Martin is very polite and friendly. Cleans up after himself and would heavily recommend him. 5 stars all round. Very tricky staircase finished to a very high standard.

Used Wall to Wall Joinery for a complete kitchen overhaul and Nathan couldn't have been any better. Completely managed the project from start to finish and all work is to an extremely high standard - particularly the boiler housing and not to mention squaring an arch off perfectly. We gave him and Benchmarx the challenge of fitting a slimline dishwasher into a tight space and they've absolutely nailed it! Extremely reliable, communicative and happy to fix any small niggles, all while being competitively priced.
