I moved to Sleaford in 2002. I initially used the manufacturers service centre but it was a fair distance to my nearest Merc dealer. A friend said why don't you try Sleafors MOT and Srvice centre. I was so impressed with the service I received I have never been to any other garage for servicing and tyres. They go the extra mile every time I go in. A pleasure to do business with and no I'm not related to the owner.

Always had great service from the garage from small puncture fixes to full MOTs. I've always been satisfied with how my car has been dealt with. Very honest guys and never feel that I get ripped off (especially as a woman) and they will always look at what my concern is and show me what needs doing. They even drove out to me to sort out a puncture to then follow me to the garage to avoid me blocking traffic in the middle of Sleaford.

Fantastic quick service had a rear calliper seize up called in to the garage and was ready to collect the next morning very fast and efficient and cost less than I thought it would highly recommend

Came in with a problem, not knowing what it was. Lovely team of people agreed to look at it the same day! They found the problem after a days work, kept us in the loop of what the problem could be, how much it would cost. Really transparent bunch of guys. We agreed to investigate the issue further, so they lent us a courtesy car, which was clean and worked perfectly. The issue was so big it wasn’t worth doing in the end. There were no questions asked when we said we couldn’t go ahead. Just a group of genuine, knowledgeable people. I couldn’t recommend Europe Car Service enough! They will do everything they can to get you back on the roads, without costing you the world. Really appreciate the help guys!

Took my pride and joy here for MOT and was very happy with the service I received 2 lovely ladies on the reception who are very friendly and informative. Best news vehicle passed with only minor faults a fair genuine MOT I’ll be back next year.

What a job they did, after taking my 20year old TT to Heckington MOT centre for repairs they always seem to get it in and out the same day for a great price too. Recently i had my front bumper sprayed and headlights refurbished, I've been wanting this doing since buying the car, but never had a offer as good as Sam and Rods. The completed job left my 20 year old TT looking brand new and very good quality spray was done and I thought my headlights were brand new. Over the moon with the works. Excellent Company. I bought a van from Anwick Car Sales, and within the warranty it started smoking... It had about 2 days left of warranty... For them it was no problem whatsoever - they told me to bring my van in on the Thursday and gave me a courtesy car... They fixed my van and it's running perfectly... Will definitely be going back for all my mechanical needs. Sarah

We've been going to this garage for about 15 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They will not rip you off, they are honest and will tell you what's what from the start. They provide an excellent service.
