Always had great service from the garage from small puncture fixes to full MOTs. I've always been satisfied with how my car has been dealt with. Very honest guys and never feel that I get ripped off (especially as a woman) and they will always look at what my concern is and show me what needs doing. They even drove out to me to sort out a puncture to then follow me to the garage to avoid me blocking traffic in the middle of Sleaford.
Have to say the team here are amazing, throughout this year had constant issues with my Ford Focus esp with the EGR and they have been throughly explained the situation and gone above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended.
I moved to Sleaford in 2002. I initially used the manufacturers service centre but it was a fair distance to my nearest Merc dealer. A friend said why don't you try Sleafors MOT and Srvice centre. I was so impressed with the service I received I have never been to any other garage for servicing and tyres. They go the extra mile every time I go in. A pleasure to do business with and no I'm not related to the owner.
