Great new place for South Indian food. It is mainly a takeaway but has three tables if you want to eat in (it's noisy but can't beat the crispiness of a dosa straight off the pan). The guys were super friendly, attentive, and really interested in what we thought of the food. We ordered pappadams, onion bhajis, paneer dosa, dal, and pineapple date mix pickle (as well as masala chai, not on the menu, £3.50). Everything was freshly made, vibrant flavours, delicious. There was a steady stream of food delivery couriers while we were there, glad to see they are already getting a lot of business. We will definitely be back.

When I’m nearby for work, I always come to Gayles. The food there is fresh, wholesome and very generous. Also their hot chocolate is one of the best! The service there is friendly and very much like a community. Ladies keep up the great work and thank you for taking caring of us.

A very special cafe with an even more special owner. A very recently opened independent Cafe with lots of seating options, big windows which allows plenty of sunlight, and a large selection of homemade food and drink options. Also the best chai latte I've ever had, made by the lovely volunteer batista Levi. The owner makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in, and is always on hand to help or have a good chat. Feels like being at your mum's house. Please please please visit 🙏

Lovely stylish cafe, friendly staff, good food. We had a simple coffee party after my daughter's wedding. There were 16 of us. We combined 2 large tables to form a big one. We enjoyed cakes, sandwiches, coffee drinks. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Gayle's.

My electrical issue enquiry was dealt with efficiently and professionally and a date was set with me very promptly. Great communication was maintained throughout, even down to the time the team would be arriving to attend to the issue. Both guys were very friendly, respectful and professional and got on with the work in hand, discussing the issue with me and the possible cause. I thought the rate quoted was very reasonable and reflective of the quality of the workmanship and overall experience. AMPS were an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Peter and the whole team are fantastic - they rewired our whole house as part of a major renovation and we're extremely accommodating in their approach, flexible around other trades and a joy to work alongside when I was doing DIY. My family used Peter's dad years ago and the great work and approach obviously run in the family - couldn't recommend more!

We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. They offered alternatives initially in case I was interested. Their quote was detailed including every individual piece of work. They were very professional at their work. Job finished in time and with no extra costs. I definitely recommend them.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Fixed things quickly, cleanly and calmly. Explained the process professionally throughout, and was lovely and friendly. Pricing clearly stated and honest. 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Fantastic service, highly recommended! I had an emergency with one socket continuing to trip the whole kitchen just before going away for the weekend, called Kadrien Electrical at a really unsociable time and he was there within an hour. Work was completed quickly, professionally and tidily - and without the ridiculous call-out charge quoted by others I'd contacted. Such a nice chap too! Pretty good food although quite expensive for small portion sizes. Would be nice if the kitchen was open later than 9pm - booked an 8pm table and was shortly reminded that the kitchen was closing soon. Fortunately the food came quickly so not a problem, but didn’t like needing to rush. Service also could have been a bit better, had to flag staff down who seemed a bit grumpy. Perhaps an off day though, we all have them. Would come again, but would book an earlier table.

Peckham Cellars is an absolute gem in SE15 and south London in general… from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and looked after by incredibly attentive and lovely staff. They make the atmosphere to feel relaxed and buzzing! Food is brilliant, full of flavours and the menu always has some wonderful discoveries! Maybe I’m biased as it’s my local… but what a LOCAL that is!

Fantastic little wine bar! Me and my partner came down looking to dip a toe into the world of natural and biodynamic wines. The staff here were so welcoming and knowledgable. We tried so many different wines and were even given tasters to see what we liked before we committed to a glass. The accompanying food was also top notch and we had many laughs and an all around great evening. We'll definitely be back again very soon! Thanks to everyone who made our visit so memorable :)

We contacted EVP Electrical for an EICR based on the online positive reviews and can confirm that they are indeed a very good choice. Jeremain and Ben were very professional, efficient and extremely thorough in their work with excellent attention to detail. They uncovered long-standing defects which they remedied promptly and returned a few days later to finish the job, fitting around our schedule and at no extra cost. The quote they provided initially was fair and there were no hidden or extra charges after they completed the work. They explained everything they were doing clearly and provided valuable advice going forward. We found them personable and trustworthy, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work.

Highly recommended. Jeremain and Ben installed my Tesla charger and they really did a fantastic and very tidy job - which involved extending power supply from the fuse box to the front garden. They explained the whole process in detail beforehand and are very polite and professional.

I had dinner with my girlfriend here and we really enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly and the food was very good you could easily tell it was authentic Malaysian food. We particularly enjoyed the chicken and the egg noodles, both very tasty. They also make their own durian ice cream which was super good. If, and only if, you like durian, go for it. We will definitely come back again.

We reserved a table for Sunday’s brunch service and we got Jelatah, Roti Jala Sage and the Rendang Kerang as starters. All of them where very yummy, but the “saged” roti was particulary flavorful and so was the cockles rendang –deep and complex mix! For the mains we got their notorious Ayam Goreng Susu (we followed Vittles magazine advice) and Mee Goreng with tofu. The Mee Goreng was very rich, but the Ayam dish was such incredible. Sweet and salty and sososososo rich!! Oh we also got a tasty classic Teh Tarik (not pictured, sorry) and a veeeeery yumyums Teh ‘O’ Ais Lemon. Finally, Lanny (the host) was so incredibly cheerful and kind, they gave us the sweetest experience. Please go and enjoy chef Ady Yacob food and Lanny’s company!

Easily the best Malaysian food that I have eaten in this incredibly cosy restaurant with a real family vibe. The staff were attentive and welcoming and recommended portion sizes. I booked for a Saturday lunch and it was cheap but filling and set me up for the day. The roti banjir was so flavourful and you could see that everyone in the restaurant had them on their tables. The Karipaps were a great little side dish that were once again bursting with flavour that I’d highly suggest.

blown away by the food here! best malaysian i’ve had in london - the food was so authentic but the flavours and the presentation felt unique. the portion sizes were great too! can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu only thing to note was that the space is quite small, bordering on cramped than cosy…hoping they upsize at some point because i’m sure it’d be a success if they did!

Best tacos in London without a doubt! Authentic, packed full of flavour and at a great price point too. The salsas were spot on and elevated the tacos to the next level. Service was attentive and very friendly. Manny made a point to speak to all diners, which was great to see and his ear to ear smile made you feel right at home. This spot is just like heaven on earth 😭 I swear by i only get my tacos from there they are SOOO GOOD , im not the type of person that reviews much but I have to give this place its flowers , I usually get tacos but today I had birria quesadilla and it was so tasty and succulent everything you’d want from a birria dish😍😍😍😭😭😭 the owner is super kind and he is so proud of his restaurant and so he should be 🙏🏾😝if you haven’t RUN SKIP JUMP and get down there it’s the best spot in London I kid you not ;) clean plates every time

these are TRULY the best tacos in London. I have been disappointed several times by tasteless overpriced tacos - these are a game changer. 3 for £11 is a bargain in this economy!! the fish was fried and seasoned to perfection and the salsas were banging, particularly the yellow one (pineapple I think?). Service was fab, Manny is super nice! They have vegan options too.

Absolutely bangin' tacos. Holy guacamole. Flavours are popping and tangy. The taco is corn, hand pressed and grilled to order. 3 different kinds of salsas are made fresh. They are constantly cooking down more meat. A side of guacamole also goes with your taco order. The Carnitas was my favourite, juicy and full of flavour. The tongue was delicious and tender. The birria was slightly smoky and dripping down my hand, probably my least favourite of the 3 I had, but still solid. Feels real authentic. Everyone in the open kitchen is Mexican and prepping each part of the meal. I was lucky to meet the big boss who was full of excitement and energy. Enjoy the surroundings of Peckham rye market as you devour this finger lickin meal. 🫶 muchas gracias

I loved every bite of the tacos! I've been there a few times and Manny has always been hospitable, kind and friendly. The tacos are authentic, tasty and the tortilla itself has a great flavour. I would recommend this if you are a taco lover. Really the best tacos in London.
