This is the best cafe i been too in yrs. The staff here make you feel so welcome. I never been to cafe where you feel like your part of the family before. I won't go anywhere else. I been to a few around waltham cross and cheshunt. But this definitely beats them by a country mile. I can't give this cafe enough praise in how they treat customers. I now love the cafe so much I become a regular customer of theirs. I suffer with austism which makes it very difficult to eat out. Due to alot environmental factors such as noise. Also food can be difficult due to textures. But if you have a problem with anything they always happy to accommodate such needs. The food is very outstanding. Very fresh and home cooked. The bubble and squeak is my all favourite. My mums who normally comes with me. Gets bubble and roast potatoes and gravy. Which she loves. And the roast potatoes are so soft to cut through and flurry. She loves them. Due to the austism I tend to stick to the same meal. But alot of my family have now go to the cafe and they all time me what they order is excellent. And the bolognese is so lovely. You can definitely tell these dishes are all homemade. And always made with much love and care. Very rare these days. To find a hidden gem like this. We’ve been in the coffee shop so many times because their food is amazing , brilliant, and so tasty! The service is excellent! Staff is great and polite! They all kindly to the people and welcoming you with kindness and respect! If you want to spend time with your families this is what you need ,just come here.Anyway, I have no words to describe how good this coffee shop. We fully recommend this place!

I haven't tried the food there yet, but honestly can say that coffee is very good. Also the service, I mean the Lady serving there, is always kind 👏. Would be good to refresh slightly interior to make it a bit more modern 😉

Popped in here today for a decaf cappuccino and it was first class. Way better than Costas and prices very affordable. Staff pleasant and surroundings too. Will be returning soon. Returned again 5/1/24 and was met by a friendly lady. Ordered a decaf coffee with a macaron. Very enjoyable, just like last time.

Stunning clean decor, super friendly and gracious welcome from staff, the food is spot on, breakfast, brunch & lunch options with the most delicious patisseries and best of all the prices are decent. Coffee is high quality and presented beautifully. Great place to visit.

Nay’s Cafe Lounge is an absolute gem! You can tell right away that a lot of thought and love has gone into designing the interior — it’s stunning. Every corner has its own unique vibe, making the whole place feel chilled, calm, and super cute at the same time. It’s just amazing. Such a hidden gem in Waltham Cross! Nay’s Cafe Lounge is a quiet, lovely place to relax and catch up with friends. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming — perfect for a chilled afternoon. Their pastries are fresh and delicious, and the smoothies are absolutely lovely! You can really tell everything is made with care. Definitely one of my new favourite spots.

This is one of my absolute favourite cafés/eateries in the whole area. As well as excellent (and unusual) official Nespresso coffee, they also do really good food, including this stunning new freshly prepared salad bar. As well as a range of hot food and pastries. The interior is atmospheric and stylish. It is very upmarket and classy. A high-quality highlight of Waltham Cross. My family and I come here often.

Me and my nans favourite bistro. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Service is quick and you get your food very fast. The food is always up to scratch and there side salad is always lovely. The cafe itself is very nice and clean with comfy seats and a nicely decorated surrounding. Would really recommend!

Stopped for lunch. Friendly service and very nice baguette with tuna served with a nice little salad.
