We recently hosted our daughter’s first birthday at 100 Giggles, after visiting many times before. Adriana and the team are so friendly and welcoming, and the place is always spotlessly clean! Our family and friends absolutely loved it. We would highly recommend ☺️

Lovely place for little ones. Pre booking system to help overcrowding/overstimulation. Safe and clean play area with a sensory corner. The food is delicious and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean, super friendly welcome and wonderfully situated. Such an ideal space for my 1 year old and almost 3 year old. Just wished we lived closer but always make a special trip as places this good are hard to find. Thank you so much

Have attended this lovely play cafe several times in the past with my young boys. Always been a pleasant experience and the change/addition of extra toys on occasion have been really appreciated. Well catered for babies, toddlers and parents/carers alike!

This can be recommended for its food, service and ambience. We went with two friends and we all enjoyed our starters, main courses and dessert. The wine was reasonably priced and pleasant. The serving staff were helpful and pleasant. The decor was good and there was a relaxed atmosphere. This is a real Poundbury asset- I hope, for many years to come!

Today my friend and I found this little gem of a Bistro by accident, and oh my the food was perfection! The food is all local produce and it was just beautiful tasting. We had come from Bournemouth and we will defo be coming back! Totally recommend this place!

This is now my favourite restaurant and will be telling everyone I know to visit. Had a lovely Friday lunch here, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The staff are friendly and the food and drinks are wonderful. We had 3 courses and they were all well balanced and tasty with my favourite being the chocolate ale cake with caramel miso sauce and muscavodo ice cream. I would keep going back just for that dessert! My husband loved the cocktails including the Japanese sour cocktail which was just one example of the great and interesting selection of cocktails available. Definitely visit again as soon as we can.

An absolutely brilliant restaurant offering a lovely range of delicious meals, with focus on local Dorset ingredients. The three course set menu is definitely worth the money, and I found each course to be very delicious! Even though this is described as a “bistro”, the dishes do come off as quite complex and the restaurant certainly offers fine dining. The drinks on offer were also very lovely, and the servers were helpful and friendly. Overall, our meal was an entirely positive experience and this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

What a wonderful experience! The manager and staff are excellent and the food was amazing, we had the buðda bowls.a substantial meal,beautifully presented..and the garden centre,Christmas decorations are truly amazing..enjoy,.even scrooge would ☺

Friendly and kind staff, they are really a pleasure to be around and the cafe is honestly a great place to have a snack or a drink in. Tasty hot chocolate!

A “rare find” as AirBnB often says! An old school cafe, with personal service at reasonable/fair prices. It’s not often that you can buy an Americano for £2.20 these days! And their menu has a wide range of sandwiches and/or toasties. Nothing fancy, but great value and a friendly welcome.

Lovely lil cafe. Had an Americano and a flapjack to go from here. Emily and John were on shift I must say both were very welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful. Was a pleasure to meet you both will visit again soon. I really dislike coming into poundbury (was there because of work) but these lovely humans made my day. Thank you so much.

We had the best sunday roast today for a very long time! I had beef and my husband had pork. The meat was plentiful tender and tasty. The cauliflower cheese was delightful and the roast potatoes were crisp and yummy, the red cabbage was super flavoursome. There was also plenty of gravey. What a find, we will definitely be heading back very soon. Thanks guys!

4 of us went yesterday to celebrate a 90th birthday, we opted for the afternoon tea and booked in advance. From start to finish the service was fantastic! Owners made a real fuss of the birthday girl, we were all made to feel very welcome, were really attentive, offered more tea and water and even offered to warm the scones - which 2 of us enjoyed! The sandwiches were tasty, fresh with plenty of filling (my fave being the ham and mustard!). The cakes were also fresh and delicious! We were even given a box to bring leftovers home. We have been before for breakfast and that too was a tasty treat!! Would definitely recommend this to everyone! Will be trying the lunches next

Welcoming atmosphere. Dog friendly which is great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had anywhere. Decent amount of food and perfectly cooked. And only £7.50 which included tea or coffee. Absolute bargain. Definitely recommended. Will be stopping in next time we’re passing.

Comfortable, airy café, with lovely decor and plenty of seating indoors and on the pavement. It was extremely busy when we visited, so not everything on the menu was available, but what we had was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Good menu, with some veggie and vegan options, and excellent specials. Plenty of drinks, including draft Peroni, and truly lovely cakes and coffee. Highly recommended!

This is easily becoming my favourite cafe in Weymouth. The location is great, just moments from the harbour side in the bustling brewers quay area. They have a sizeable outside seating area for those dry days and a cosy dining area inside. The staff are wonderfully accommodating and lovely with our children, they are always offered colouring books and numerous high chairs are available. Now the food...it is lovely. It is all vegetarian or vegan, but even as a meat lover I always find something to eat. A personal favourite is the poutine, fries with melted cheese covered in the most delicious mushroom gravy - it is gorgeous! The extensive waffle menu is a firm hit with all ages, with choices to suit all. From waffles doused in chocolate to lovely fruit toppings. If you are in the area, I would wholeheartedly suggest you pop by for lunch.

Great little cafe. Stopped here for tea and a light snack on our way to Cornwall. Was pleasantly surprised at the number of gluten free options. Millionaire shortbread was delicious!!

I’ve just been to the coloured pasta cookery course; wow what a fantastic evening we had. As someone who’s never made pasta before we made the dough and fillings from scratch before rolling the dough and making some impressive pasta. All under the expert guidance of Angelo. We then had the joy of eating our pasta expertly cooked for us by Angelo and washed down with a welcome glass of Prosecco . I can’t wait for the next course. Thank you

We tried 3 kinds of pizzas and all were superb! Great vegetarian options too! We are going to be frequent visitors as there’s lots more on the menu that we want to try!

Quiet cafe off the beaten path. Friendly staff, decent coffee, but not that strong, good choice of sweet and savouries. Had a very nice pistchio puff.

Fantastic to have air con for our Silver Clay Workshop on Saturday 9th September. Lovely service in the cafe for lunch (ham salad) and tea n cake in the afternoon. Our lunch orders were taken when we arrived. The cook prepared our food whilst we were in the workshop so that we could eat without queuing at lunchtime. This was really appreciated. The food was fresh and tasty. Very enjoyable day in a great venue.

Absolutely excellent service They made a sandwich for my grandaughter without sweetcorn as she doesn't like it , to me that's above and beyond. The food is lovely and the staff helpful , kind and polite.

A nice watering hole if you are visiting the Great Field at Poundbury. A café on the green that serve your normal café refreshments. I've been a few times, so can't be too bad in the grand scheme of things!!

So lucky to have this fabulous pub as our local! The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to offer great service. With a Welcoming and friendly atmosphere, stunning surroundings and pretty decent food it’s no wonder this pub is busy. The only negative is they don’t take cash which is pretty outrageous.

My partner and I spent the New Year at the Duchess of Cornwall Inn and had an enjoyable stay. The room had plenty of character, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We also dined at the hotel's pub/restaurant, which was a nice experience. Conveniently located in the heart of Poundbury, the hotel is just a short stroll from Dorchester. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
