Amazing little restaurant with great atmosphere and the most amazing food!

I came across this restaurant by chance when in Sherborne. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a starter and main dish. The duck was superb - so tasty and delicious. The service was really good too. I will come back again with my husband next time. I haven't tasted such delicious food in a long time. đ

Decent lunch. I would have preferred a bit less of the âbruleeâ and a bit more crab meat, maybe with a bit of a citrus twist. We saved our bread and butter that came out at the start as it does need that. The meat (chicken and duck) were good quality but maybe lacked a bit of seasoning. Fries were tasty.

What a lovely surprise 30th meal for my partners birthday. Gabriela is such an amazing host, couldnât thank her enough for all her help with organising. The food was outstanding! I had the goats cheese mousse to start and itâs the best starter Iâve ever had! Have been before and will definitely return. Great value for money and lovely/friendly staff. 10/10

We came here for breakfast for my mum's birthday and it did not disappoint! The ingredients are of the highest quality, everything was cooked perfectly and the coffee was great. We were a table of 7 adults and a highchair, and the service was incredibly friendly and professional. The outdoor tables with a view were a perfect way to finish our morning with a coffee and a cannoli. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we look forward to returning soon!

A food stall at the end of the beach, about a 5min walk. Outdoor seating but sometimes not enough as it gets busy, beware of the gulls!! A great view out over the beach & water. We had a bit of wait because they were flat out. It provides breakfasts up to 11am but you can still buy baguettes. Usual hot n cold drink, & other food, not cheap but youâre paying for the location.

Good food, great location just be aware of seagulls! I wasn't but when half my burger was eaten by one it was replaced free of charge which was very nice. :)

Perfect breakfast experience. Very nice staff. Great food. Couldnât be better

Highly recommend! Wide variety of burgers, seafood, and bites, as well as beers and local ciders available. Beware their hot food service ends at 3pm but if you're a few minutes late they're really nice and can make select menu items. Loved the chicken burger here after finishing a long hike from Studland

We had a pleasant meal here, on a lovely day outside. The soufflé was delicious, although we would've preferred homemade chips. Minor thing really. Would recommend stopping.

Ok, it's great tasting food for sure, but can get a bit noisy when busy due to the wooden decorated design inside. But it gets busy because it's good. Always best to book. Cater for parties.

This is the place to go for something different. The place is light and airy with plenty of space between the tables. The service is excellent. The menu gives you the opportunity to try something different. I really recommend this as a place to go and try.

This is a little gem of a place! We sat outside in the sun and ordered several items off the menu. The team were all charming and helpful and the food was fast and tasty. The farmers plate, shakshuka and brioche breakfast buns were all fabulous. The smoothies were perfectly balanced - not too sweet and the cakes are 10/10. Our new fave spot! Be sure to get there before the kitchen closes at 3!

I booked an afternoon tea for 8 of us for a 50th birthday treat. Communication before the day was very good and the actual afternoon tea was amazing, very fresh with a great variety of sandwickes and cakes. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were all very well looked after, bringing us extra sandwiches and tea! I would highly recommend this lovely cafe overlooking the river for afternoon tea.

Outstanding experience. Super scrumptious food, excellent service, perfect atmosphere and really stylish. Homemade hummus (part of the mezze plate) was great and the pork and apple sausage roll (part of the farmers platter) was on another level. Truly wonderful. What more can one say? If you're in the area go and visit, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience learning some new games with the staff speeding up the process by explaining the basic rules to us. Incredibly delicious pizzas - classic options like pepperoni and BBQ chicken and other more unique ones such as Mediterranean and spinach and mushroom. Booking is a must as it's a very popular venue and 3 hours is recommended as the time flies!!

This was an incredibly fun and entertaining experience. They have every board game you could possibly want from quick casual games to prolonged involved experiences. The food is also good and sold at very reasonable prices. I can wholeheartedly endorse this location and I will be returning in the future.

This is an absolutely amazing place. The staff were extremely attentive, the food was phenominal and definitely worthy of a Michelin star and excellent value too. They really care about service and quality here . The best food that I have eaten in a long time. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to stay. Food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The one thing that I would of appreciated (as an older lady) would of been a bath mat in a very slippy bath. Fabulous, would certainly visit again.

Just been and had food on way home. Really lovely sausage and eggs nice and fresh. Bun lovely and soft. Toilets could be a bit better but they are nothing to do with the guy who does the food but to be honest on a road trip as long as I can pee I am happy đ Definitely will be back!

Fantastic breakfast butty! Well cooked, tasty & very good value. A lovely spot to stop off at, plenty of parking, picnic tables & very friendly people. Homemade cake, and local jams & chutneys too. Definitely the best road side cafe!
Rating: 5 / 5
This lovely little road side cafe cooks the most wonderful tasty burgers locally sourced ingredients and lovely buns. My 1/4lb cheese burger was ÂŁ4.9 my husband's sausage bap was ÂŁ4.4 flat white coffee is ÂŁ3 which was very good. We ate in our car as it was raining and the tables were outside. Worth the extra 3 miles down the road from the local McDonalds. There is a block of toilets next door but they are very basic. They also sell locally produced eggs jams etc

Food is well priced and thereâs a great selection to choose from. Portion consistency varies depending on whoâs working. Quality consistent though. Example, bought the wife the Brie and bacon panini six weeks or so ago was packed with Brie and bacon she liked it so much that she asked for it this time. It was a little skinny, letâs say, but still tasty!

An amazing maize, maze one of the best around. What a pity it's the final maze this year. A wonderful attraction for all the family with all the usual facilities including a superb little cafe. Play area for younger children and very reasonably priced. Staff extremely friendly and helpful adding to the experience. The maze is open all summer until early September so get in there quickly for a brilliant day out!

Went with my sister ( a local ) and daughter and granddaughter. Food was really lovely. Highly reccomend the quiche. The play area is safe and really well laid out. If you are in the area it is well worth a visit. We live over an hour away but do make a beeline for Blackmarsh Farm when visiting. Staff are lovely too.
