Went for evening meals with friends. It is such a lovely place with a great atmosphere and an individual approach ❤️ . Tried loads of dishes, and all been amazing. Fantastic service. Definitely will be back. As I said,... went back...and will be back again. Fantastic food...all fresh made and very tasty.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the decor was beautiful, with lovely details that made the space feel warm and inviting. I had an incredible experience at this Lebanese restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was made with high-quality ingredients, and you could really taste the authenticity in every bite.

Well fancy something different for a change ? Then the karke Lebanese bistro could be worth a visit for you ! , I was pleasantly surprised upon my visit & although I have tried various middle eastern restaurants both in the UK & in the middle east I was very impressed with both the food upon offer & the attention to detail of interior design & lastly but not least the warmest of welcomes & polite & attentive service . The karke's vibe is relaxed & cosy & intimate & it's decor is an eclectic mix of traditional Lebanese ceramics & some modernist inspired decor that is very reminiscent of the 60s / 70s & it works very well with the warm glow of the copper shaded low lighting features . The food here is traditional Lebanese & some modern takes on it's many variations & it is cooked fresh to order , so please be prepared for a little wait between courses as it is not a fast food style of eatery . The meze meal options here are a good idea for an introduction to Lebanese cuisine as they offer a variety of dishes in smaller portions so you can decide which you like & maybe you'll find a favourite or like myself enjoy them all ! . The salads here are very good & I did notice that the olive oil was of a very good standard , which was a nice touch ! . The karke also does have a good coffee machine & I noticed that the coffee on sale is a premium blend , from a well known roaster & is an ideal accompaniment to finish your meal or maybe for more adventurous coffee drinker a traditional Lebanese coffee served in a traditional cup with a water side . The karke also has a good selection of Lebanese wines which are very good & served either by the glass or bottle , Lebanese beer is also available in bottles , plus soft drinks etc all at reasonable cost . The karke is a little bit of the Lebanon right here in sandiacre I'm sure should you visit you will enjoy it's food & the karke's warm & friendly vibe , well worth a visit , can only recommend .
