We needed to replace our oil combi boiler with a suitable electric boiler and separate hot-water cylinder. Alex came to conduct a survey to determine the most suitable products for the job. He did the survey having discussed the practicalities with us whilst liaising with the company doing the electrical work. He then provided a quote with a replacement plan to enable the new boiler to fit immediately into the same position. Within two days Alex removed the old boiler and fitted the new electric boiler and hot-water cylinder. We would strongly recommend him, and plan to use his services again soon to install a water softener. Alex is extremely professional, demonstrating polished standards of customer service.
