Arek has done multiple jobs for us over a few years after he was recommended to us from a friend, ranging from plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and lots more. His versatility and ability to come up with a solution has always been so appreciated, he's punctual, turns up, is honest with his time needed to complete his work, yet efficient and happy to go the extra mile when we've needed. We've always been so happy with his work and have recommended him to a number of friends and family who have also felt the same. Lovely guy, excellent service. We’ve used Mike twice now and been extremely impressed. He first fixed up a kitchen cabinet that was in danger of falling off the wall, and since then has done various small jobs around the house that all make the house look a lot tidier and more ‘finished’. Fixing a tricky mirror to a wall, installing shelves, fixing up broken coat rails and curtain holdbacks, replacing parts on broken blinds, switching cupboard doors to open in more convenient directions: things that have needed doing for years, but which we never got around to dealing with. It’s been brilliant to hand the jobs over to him and see them completed efficiently and to a high standard. Mike is extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mike did several jobs for me in one day from attaching mirrors, hooks and assembling some beastly flatpack furniture. He spent time in asking the right questions to provide an accurate and competitive quote. He kept in touch over the booking period, provided a clear date and arrival time. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. His communication skills, patience and manner were on point. I will come back to him for future jobs.

What can I say. The most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure to come across. Nothing is ever too much for Kamran and his team. We had a vision for a new media wall which was bespoke to us. It took a lot of planning for us to get it right so we didn’t just want to leave the job for anybody. We’re so glad we found the services of Kamran, recommended to us by a friend. He is an extreme professional, never cutting corners and always going the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Kamran and his team’s work is to an excellent finish, and they always leave their workspace clean and tidy. We had young kids in the house and they always ensured to keep the area safe. I’ve found in the past, tradesmen, if you’re not happy with some small details they will gaslight you in to thinking it is fine, but Kamran always made sure you were satisfied. There was a slight alteration to our design which we only noticed later, when pointed out Kamran bhai and his team came back and fixed this (taking an addition 3-4 hours of their time). This was even though we said it was ok and we were still happy. How many tradesmen can you honestly say would do this for you?! Highly, highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. On a final note we felt Kamran and his team were so trustworthy that we felt comfortable to leave them in our house to continue their work whilst we left to go out for the day. 5* isn’t enough!!! We have recently had a loft to gable extension on our 1930’s semi and family bathroom refurbishment. We have gone from a 3 bed with separate bathroom and toilet to 5 bed and 2 bath. It was our first major reno project so we were understandably nervous about choosing the right builder - especially given all the horror stories you hear out there. However, I felt compelled to write this review as we had a really wonderful experience with PJ Builders from start to finish and would happily/confidently recommend them to friends and family. We’ve already booked in for further work to be completed over the coming months. Paul and his team are hardworking, honest and reliable. Each of them showed care in our home - even tidying up at the end of each day. We were kept fully informed of what the plan for the day was at the start and end of the day so we knew who was coming and when. They were punctual and professional. Furthermore, they’re all a lovely bunch of people to speak to over a brew. Paul was always on hand via phone and site visits to make sure everything was running smoothly. Any hiccups, snags or issues were raised and rectified every time. Paul was also very patient with us when we kept adding on extras we wanted (e.g. all new internal doors, taking down a porch etc). We’re absolutely delighted with our new loft extension and very pleased that it all came in on budget too! The quality of the finish is wonderful as they have pride in their work. For example; Paul wasn’t happy with the finish on the guttering due to the height of the scaffolding (an issue I doubt I’d have noticed) so he had the chaps redo it until the finish was up to his standard. Overall, it’s been a great experience from beginning to end. For reference, we hired PJ Builders from start to completion and were happy with every stage. Including drawing up the plans. I’ll come back to add some photos once I’ve finished painting & decorating the new rooms. Thank you Paul and team!!!

Amazing Professional Service From Start to Finish Work Required Chimney Support Gallows Bracket, fit Flashing to window and Repair and install Lintel. I called PJ Builders off chance due to a crazy quote from another building company. PJ Builders were installing a Lift Conversion around the corner from my house and I just called the number on the side of the van. Within 24 hrs they had arranged Building Control and a team of builders to do the required work and the work started less than a week later. We have to thank Paul and his team for their dedication with the support to the customer. I would HIGHLY recommend PJBuilding services for a professional finish and customer satisfaction.

Steve offered a brilliant service from the moment I left a voicemail and did the work within 3 days! Steve did a fabulous job repairing the hot tub roof for us having lost part of it in the bad storms. I would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use his services in the future.

My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

Krystian is responsive, friendly and does an excellent job for great value. Absolutely not a corner-cutter, he spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and the pros and cons of these options. He fitted shelves, a tv, a curtain rail, a fireplace beam and changed a kitchen tap. He even cancelled a job which we ended up not needing because of a change in our room design - most people would have done it anyway and took the money. Lovely guy, can't recommend enough.
