Outstanding Customer Service…I can’t recommend Oliver highly enough. He advised how to deal with the manufacturer when I had a problem, he found and organised fitting of a new oven. The process was so quick and effortless, my new oven was installed within a day.
We recently bought a cooker from Andrew’s and the experience has been excellent throughout. Sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable without being ‘pushy’. The transaction was smooth and orderly. We pointed out that access to our kitchen is up some steep stairs so 3 delivery men were sent to do the job - and completed it without too much grunting!
