The work was completed satisfactorily but communication with the customer needs to be improved. I originally had a time of 12:00 to 18:00 which was fine. I then received an email saying 15:30. I then received another email saying 14:00. I queried this with the office and was told to ignore those emails! Then when Luke was on site at about 15:40 I got a text saying he would be here at about 16:30! This is the reason for 4 star review. Get that communication sorted and it will be 5 stars

We've used Guscott Heating Services for over three years for various things ranging from new outside taps, problems with cisterns, boiler issues and now a new boiler at my mums. Guscott came to the rescue and from quote to boiler being fitted it was less than a week. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to Jack who then arranged for Lewis came out the same day to quote and then Harland moved things around so that my mum wasn't without hot water. Lewis and Ryan fitted it on Tuesday, and are a credit to Guscott Heating Services. Amazing service all round that cannot be faulted. We will always highly recommend. Thank you

We’ve used Guscott a couple of times and have always received a great service. Recently Sam came to service our boiler, he was friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable. Will definitely use Guscott again in future.

This was our first year service for our new heating system. The communication from Guscott was top notch as usual and Sam the engineer called ahead of his arrival to confirm.
