Greenwich Joinery replaced 10 of my windows in 2014 as the first part of a complete renovation of my home in a period building. The original job was of a really high standard and quality and the Greenwich Joinery team worked really professionally over a couple of weeks. Everything was left cleaner and tidier than before the work started. My immediate neighbours all noted and commented upon the quality of the work and the very pleasing results. One of the neighbours then commissioned her own window replacements from Greenwich Joinery.

I think it was maybe 2-3yrs after the original work, I received a call from Greenwich Joinery to say they had performed a fix to one of my windows. The team had been driving past my home and did a visual check of a front bay window. They noted that a couple of angled joints had separated slightly (weathering) so they arranged to attend, fix, seal and paint the affected areas. This was all done and remediated before I even knew there had been an issue. What fantastic after-sales care.

This summer, in 2024, I noticed that 2 of my casement windows had sticking panes. I contacted the team and asked if they could come and look, advise and fix. WIthin 2 weeks the Team attended to view and then arranged to come back and fix a week later. One window pane was re-hung, another had a section planed and then painted/sealed. Given that this fix was around 10 yrs after the original job I expected this work to be chargeable. Mark and the team advised that this would be a no charge fix which was a welcome surprise and once again reinforced my view of the professionalism of the team, the fact that their products and workmanship are of a high quality and that they value the customer relationship even years after a sale - something I think very rare in the current day.

From my experience I cannot recommend Greenwich Joinery highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with a local firm from start to finish including survey, design, assistance and easing of required council planning forms and then the deploy and fit itself including all final paint finishes. I'm happy to speak with/answer questions from any prospective customers.

Greenwich Joinery did a first-class job replacing original ground floor front windows with double glazed versions. Their installation team were quick and efficient and left everything in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Top notch experience from initial quotation through to a post installation tweak. Greenwich joinery replaced my old tired front door with an excellently made door and frame to match an existing exterior door. Locally manufactured and made to measure the whole team have been a pleasure to deal with. The locksmiths (separate company) who installed the locks left a tiny gap between the frame and door which I didn’t notice until the weather turned cold. Greenwich joinery came back and although a thicker weather seal would have probably done the job they tweaked the lock fitting to make it perfect. Final thing to say is that they made good the interior and exterior so there was no need at all to redecorate or touch up. Super-happy and would recommend in a heartbeat.
