10/10 Very skilled, quick working and mindful of details. We wanted to redo the kitchen island into a breakfast bar/dining table. No examples of the same that I could find online so ended up with a custom (over)size worktop, support brackets from USA, ... I was a bit apprehensive about who and how will build it. Luckily, we heard of Mindas. I gave him a call, explained to him what we wanted and he said "no problem". He built it like he does the exact same one every week at least twice, very quickly, no detail left unfinished, even thought about bits that I didn't think of. Ended up with a beautiful kitchen island. Next time we have some work to be done I'm giving him a call.

Natt responded immediately to my request advertised and was able to find a date/Time which worked for me Matt was very patient and a clear expert at what he does! I have been struggling to put the shelves up myself and was quite anxious being on plasterboard and in the bathroom! However, Nat was confident and calm throughout and even allowed me to sit and learn which was an added bonus! I have already asked him for 2 further quotes following this job, saving his contact as my go to person and highly recommending to others!

It must be 12-15 years since TotalSat installed my French TNT System and over the years have upgraded the receiver. This time my purchase was only for the usual 4 year TNT card, which the system was nagging me on screen will run out in a couple of months. This was delivered next day, so although it has not been installed yet. The service I received has been as always great. Thank you.

Handyman Hicks has helped us with many maintenance, DIY and home improvements over the last 3 years including laying loft insulation, painting several rooms, repairing fencing, countless fixtures including curtain rails and bathroom fixtures, replacing door handles, replacing bathroom and kitchen sealant, jet washing paving, conservatory roof cleaning, roof tile cleaning and gutter clearing. Lee is responsive, reliable and passionate about his work and business. I always rebook him soon after completion to ensure I get into his diary for the next project/ maintenance that will be needed!

Lee is such a professional. Nothing was too much trouble from replacing an exterior light to fixing a hole in the roof to clearing gutters and removing moss in wind and rain. Reliable, honest, pragmatic, hard-working - highly, highly recommended.

I needed someone who can do all the work at my place as I recently moved into a new accommodation. After browsing here & there, I finally come across the “Dave” from Gravesend Builders. I found Dave very Experienced and Genuine guy who didn’t charge me for coming to my place especially for the quotation. He gave me best price for light fighting’s. He is a Certified Electrician and he can do other building works as well. So; I am going to get more work done from him. Dave is very helpful and he understood the urgency of light fighting and did the job for me in 2 days time. He managed couple of hours for me to get my job done from his busy schedule. He is very responsive on messages and he gave me so many advices as I wasn’t aware of how to hang curtains in right way. He is very clean as well. He didn’t left any mess after the work and he brought his indoor sleepers to move around at my place. We employed Dave to do quite a few jobs for us including re-boarding and plastering internal ceilings, preparing our walls for decoration, creating a media wall around our chimney breast and plastering, fitting picture rails, installing a loft hatch and ladder and replacing a bathroom basin and tiling. A big thank you to Beach Buoy Builders for doing an incredible job on fixing my very dodgy summerhouse roof. It was in a bad way where some rotted boards were soon uncovered once the old felt shingles were removed. David and Stewart added 10 extra plywood boards which did change the original spec of the job but this was no problem to them whatsoever. They worked tirelessly over two days to ensure my summerhouse roof was completely water tight and secure. They did make it totally water tight at the end of the first day and the second day was used to finish off the work as bad weather was looming. My summerhouse is quite old and it really needed this work done. After having some other companies not even get back to me I was quite hesitant when contacting them at first but I was pleasantly surprised when I had a very fast reply from Nicki in the head office who put me at ease instantly and arranged the initial viewing followed by the repair dates and invoicing. I highly recommend Beach Buoy Builders for any of your repair needs. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. I am so glad I chose Beach Buoy Builders for my urgent roof repair.

We had an old boiler removed and decided to make the space into a store cupboard, after being let down twice we found The Beach Buoy, Dave, and despite his heavy workload he made time to look at the work required , gave us a very reasonable quote and built the most amazing cupboard within a few days. The work was very intricate as it had to ensure access to certain switches.
