Have used Benjamin and his team before so was confident of their ability. I needed a bathroom re tiling and painting throughout plus some odd handyman jobs on my property. I had a leak that had previously been traced to a shower however Ben wasn't convinced and was able to identify the real source of the leak. If he hadn't done this a few weeks later water would have been dripping through our ceiling again.
