Cannot recommend Daryl enough. We moved in to a new build house with a VERY basic back garden. We had never had a 'proper' garden before, so decided to have it landscaped professionally. From the first initial meeting, even before quoting, Daryl was providing great advice and recommendations. Throughout the build, no detail was missed and Daryl went above and beyond to make sure we were kept up to date with progress and continued to provide suggestions to improve the quality of the landscaping. Just one example - the garden lighting was fitted just before Christmas. Even after working all day, Daryl came back in the evening to greatly improve the effect of the lighting. Daryl has followed up regularly to answer any questions and has visited the garden to make sure the plants have taken well and to provide aftercare advice. Thank you Daryl!

Daryl is excellent at his craft. From start to finish hands down the best person we have worked with for any house/garden related work. Daryl designed our townhouse garden, although the space was smallish the design impact is incredibly high and we love the space. The reason we chose Daryl for the project was because unlike other garden designers who bring in contractors to execute on the design, Daryl pretty much does all the work himself, bringing in specialists where needed (ironmongery, joiner, etc). This means the completed project is as close to the design and Daryl was very invested throughout to make sure the design comes to life. Daryl's communication, professionalism and hard work is notable too - we were always kept informed of timelines, and he has a consultative approach to any changes that might result in a better outcome. From design to the hands on execution, the attention to detail is high - and Daryl was very good at understanding how we would use the space, as well as designing for longevity. We were impressed by his knowledge about plants, and how he brought the entire design together by planting appropriately (in the right places). And with some good tips and tricks to make the garden lower maintenance than it might look. Daryl made sure everything was completed to a high standard, no rough edges or rushed last bits that would compromise the overall aesthetic. And the best part is at no point were we worried that things weren't going according to plan - having a stress free project is a miracle in itself.....we couldn't be happier and look forward to enjoying our garden for years to come.

We moved into a new build house six months ago and didn’t know what to do with a medium rectangular garden with lumpy turf!. Daryl spent time with us discussing what we would like and need from our garden then went away and prepared two alternative designs incorporating fresh ideas that would make the garden personal to us.
