The work is complete! You have been a great company, but more than that, great people. We are really pleased with the process and the end product. Thanks for all your had word, a loft extension up and functioning for Christmas when work only started in late October is incredible! Every trade that arrived, out did the previous one. Our neighbours were really happy with how the build went, there was minimal impact on their day to day life. In my opinion, Kent Loft Company are second to none. From start to finish they were professional and efficient. Their quality of work Is outstanding too. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We contacted this company earlier in the year about a loft conversion due to a new addition to the family. They understood our requirements and were able to fit us in rapidly. The KLC team were fantastic from project management up until the second fix, all very hard working and got our project done quickly with high standard finish. We wanted a timber cladding system to the external surface which turned out absolutely stunning, and we have had many compliments on the finished look. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.

I could not recommend Lawrence and his team enough. The customer service from our first meeting to the final interaction was outstanding. As with all projects things needed tweaking at various points throughout and at no point were we made to feel rushed or anything other than important and the key decision makers. All trades who visited site were really polite and considerate with a high quality of work. We could not be more impressed with KLC and would(and already have recommend in a heartbeat). These guys and girls are real experts and were always on hand to offer advice recommendations and talk through the project. Communication was some of the best I’ve ever seen. Price was very reasonable but considering the communication and service we got felt like a really good deal. Kent Loft is the kind of team you want when you’re taking on such a big project. At every turn, they listened and worked with us to help us get the house we imagined. With a lot of pieces in our build custom, the team had a few hurdles to overcome and bumps in the road, but the communication stayed open and honest.
