We used Steve for our double garage conversion and house renovation. Ginge has been a godsend to us since we moved into our new home in Letchworth. We had a tight timescale to renovate our house and he went out of his way to make it possible for us. Since then he has been our go-to for any jobs we need doing. He has given us great advice and is always honest about what he can't do - the great thing is when he can't do it he knows someone competent who can. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had just bought a house in the Hatfield area, we engaged Abbey Building Services & Maintenance for a quote and instantly from that initial conversation with Richard, it led to us going ahead to utilising them for a full house refurbishment along with a rear ground floor extension. Matt lead the conversion of our conservatory quite brilliantly during Easter of 23. the workmanship was to an excellent standard and kept us updated with every changed. This was all achieved in a cost effective way and I would certainly recommend Vines construction to anyone looking for home improvements

We had Vines Construction completely refurbish our living room last year, which included knocking down an old chimney. They created a stunning media wall, modernised with LED lights and a huge fireplace – the result was absolutely amazing! The work was carried out to an extremely high professional standard, and the team made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Since then, we’ve had them back for some additional decorating work, and yet again, their service was faultless. No job was too small for them, and they approached everything with the same level of care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Luke the decorator, whose attention to detail was impeccable, and Matt the director, who ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Matt and his team have been a dream to work with. We worked with Vine Construction to turn our empty garage to a garage we can be proud of! From the very first call to discuss the what we wanted, Matt was very understanding of our needs and budget. We worked up a plan of action and got to work almost straight away! We have had a bathroom, kitchen, internal doors moved and a utility space built with vines construction. Matt was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. It’s highly likely I might have left a review for this team before because they remain as excellent as when I first began using them. Gareth is exceptionally quick to respond to enquiries , his prices haven’t rocketed like other business's in the current climate too I’ve noticed. I’ve needed electrics done on a couple of small things over the last month and within a couple of days they have been done - to clarify , none of the jobs were urgent which I made clear but Gareth just seems to get his team on stuff fairly quickly. The work remains clean and tidy like I had experienced in the past, the chaps polite and respectful and my bank balance not majorly affected. Highly recommend using Gareth for your electrics . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t really know where to begin with thanking John and his team for all they have done. After taking on a “project” house with my late husband, I was nervous and overwhelmed with all the work that needed to be done. Then I found John! He put my mind at rest right from the start and I knew I could trust him. He always kept me in the loop with what was going on and would explain things to me in a way I could understand! Nothing was too much trouble and John and Brandon always went above and beyond. The standard of work as you can see from the photos was second to none. You can tell that John and Brandon love what they do and care about what they are doing. Not only were John and Brandon amazing, but also the people that John provided too. Another thing that is important to mention is that John and Brandon always made sure to tidy up after themselves and leave the house clean, which hasn’t always been my experience with builders so I really appreciated that too. Forever grateful. My kids and dog are going to miss them too!
