Booked for a leak track and trace. Matt arrived on time and actually recommended I replaced a part in the boiler first before any leak tracing was carried out. His advice was amazing, we did that and all our “leak “ problems were solved. It was actually the heat exchanger leaking , not pipes. 3 plumber prior failed to offer this advice. They kindly refunded me the full amount minus a small call out fee which was totally fair and I’m happy with. Great company

I could not be more pleased with the work that Restorations UK have provided. The drying, re-flooring and redecorating work carried out was a very high quality and carried out respectfully with minimum inconvenience to myself. Communication with the office team and each of the individuals carrying out work has been quick efficient and kept me informed at every point. Would definitely recommend for future works.
