He resolved the issue quickly but then went the extra mile to inspect, clean and clear connecting sewer pipes to ensure we were left in the best shape possible. Michael was absolutely amazing! The patience of a saint when it turned out that a second drain cover that we needed access to was hidden under a good couple of feet of earth where a tree had previously been 🙈 so out came the shovel and 45 minutes later we’d reached the manhole cover. I was honestly waiting for Michael to tell me to get someone with a digger in to remove the earth but no! Absolute god send, lovely fun person to chat to and incredibly reasonable prices.
