Had another company let us down last minute for an urgent drain issue and MDS were able to come out within the hour. Harry was highly professional & got the job done (clearing the sewage pipes on our property) quickly and effectively.

We were looking for a second opinion on some issues we'd been having with our drains. Matt was super helpful over the phone, and got someone sent out to us promptly. Harry came to review - lovely guy, professional and did a really thorough job. Talked us through the issue alongside potential solutions, even calling up his senior to discuss and ensure every avenue was covered, as it is unfortunately not a straight forward case. Would definitely look to use them again for any future drain work required.

Matt came out on a Saturday and cleared a blockage in my one and only toilet- it was an emergency situation! I had plunged to no avail but he managed to sort it out. Absolutely excellent service, very knowledgable and fixed it. I am in Woking andni wasn't a problem to come here. I definitely recommend!
