Highly recommend GavGas and will use again. We’d had a bath which after running hot for a minute or two would suddenly and annoyingly turn cold. Gavin dropped in, diagnosed a faulty heat exchanger in our ten year old boiler, sourced the part and returned a few days later to replace it. Nice young man, professional and efficient. Gavin has been an exceptional plumber for us. Since installing our system when our house was renovated seven years ago, he has always done his best to help us on the odd occassion there has been an issue. I have often been surprised at his own personal effort and care, either through texting calling and chatting through potential problems and solutions or turning up very quickly to sort things out.

I have had excellent experience with GavGas. They assess the urgency adequately, provide temporary advice until they can come, and come to do the job with a great understanding of the issue beforehand. GavGas has allowed me especially to avoid a massive bill by sending an Expert Collaborator to fix an issue appropriately.
